Since the last update, i have an error with AMP function.
Everything is up to date and it even disappear from the WP left Menu
Any idea ?

After theme update mobile menu is empty and instead of site mobile logo is newspaper logo appears. How can I fix that?

Hi, I don’t think I explained myself well or you didn’t understand me. They have disappeared because when I updated the theme and the plugins, the code I put by hand following your tutorial has been deleted.
Here (https://imgur.com/a/pjPWcXK) you can see that there are 5 custom ad, I had created 25 in total that appeared there. When updating, they have all been deleted, as you can see in the screenshot. Is there a way that this will not be lost when updating?

As per the screenshot, there are no settings in the footer section to allow me to change the background image of the footer.
I have been to the individual page to edit with TagDiv editor, but there is still no option to change the image.
I changed it previously and had no problems, but since I updated to the latest theme, it’s not allowing me.
Any idea?

Please check if you have the latest version 10.3.8 of our theme, if not then please update our theme and plugins because the issue with woocommerce plugin has been fixed in the most recent update.

In his image you can see the mobile is in “Mobile Version”. And it is asking to Exit Mobile version.
It was not like this before. Now it is. I dont want it to be like this.

At the bottom you can see “Go to Mobile Version”, this is how I want my website to look like when I access it on my phone. It was like this, but since probably the new theme update, it has become like this.
I tried deleting and re installing the Mobile TagDiv, it is still the same. I re installed the AMP you guys recommended, it is still the same.
When I try to take it out from “Transitional Mode” to Standard, it never changes. It just stays there in the AMP settings.
Its destroying how my pages look. People in Mobile version cannot see my About Us even… Please FIX IT.

First of all thanks for creating such an amazing theme. I have created my site with previous versions of Newspaper theme. Recently I updated it to 10.3.8 I have read about Standard Pack Plugin and the plugin is active now. I would like to ask, what should I do in order to update my pages before deactivating Standard Pack. Could you please explain it in detail or if available to send any videos explaining it. Also is there any risk to lose the content?

Dear, I’m sorry to have to say but the last update is not that convenient…
First of all, the preview button allow 3 options. It’s nice however we have to click twice now to get a preview. Can you imagine how many time I click on this button per day ? Now it’s all twice longer. Please do something in the next update.
Secondly and I’m very angry about it. You change the set of basic colors for “Group”. Why ? Now I’m obliged to write the old grey color in the Hexa box (#eeeeee). Lot of time wasted too.
Third, there is a mistake in the columns. When you move out something from the column it goes somwhere lost in the article. The selection can’t detect a blue line to find it’s position.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I have received the critical error notice after updating the theme to 10.3.8. It won’t even let me access my wordpress site anymore with this message. I can’t go in to see whats wrong or anything.
The only choice I have is to go to my host and ask them to restore a backup of my site since the theme update completely broke my site.
How do I fix this?

I had created 25 Custom Ads following your guide, but when I updated the theme from WordPress they have been deleted again and reduced to 5.
I know that you can put the banners from each page in the custom form, but I have many banners repeated by different pages and that would mean changing one by one… Can’t you leave it fixed in some way that the Custom ads created don’t disappear? It is very difficult for me now to have to modify the code of the templates again to add 20 more.

Hi aleister, those are just warnings, will not really affect your website, but normal those should not be there.

Also if you updated the theme to 10.3.8 then you will no longer have problems with last version of woocommerce. If the problem persists, please disable all non theme plugins and check again.

Is there a way to create/code an area that can have changeable code/snippet added that would be automatically placed on any post between the end of the article and the article bottom ad?
For example we have a snippet on 1 post that displays an iframe, but we want to be able to do this on all posts on the site via a template change and be able to update/swap the snippet code as well to show something different. The same code would be on all posts.
Hi, if you have activated your theme, then you can easily able to update it via Update Panel of the theme.
In case if there any permission issue on the server then you will need to either give proper permission to the files and folder or update the theme manually.

OMG you are a godsend Studentmedia!! It worked. I have had like a foot of random rows at the bottom of my page for so long, thank you so much.
Since I have you here, do you know what is happening with the header issue since the latest Newspaper update? It is completely gone, and a lot of people are having this issue.
I have tried purging cache, reuploading logo etc. Nothing. Any other options?

Need help with this also. Header image is completely gone and replaced with the default text and reuploading Logo and Favicon does nothing. I assume Tagdiv has a broken element when I updated.

I already disabled all plugins except tagDiv Cloud Library to check but no positive results.
I also updated the theme to the last version.
