I have updated the theme font section of the Theme Panel (I want to use Baskerville for post text and the Adobe font Brandon Grotesque for headers), thinking this would override the font settings of the Zodiac Pro demo I have installed. However, I see the Zodiac default fonts are still displaying (see my staging site http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/ and test post). Am I missing a step? Also, is there a contact email for tech support?

I know that there is a trick to do in functions.php to solve title issue and I did it.
But I still don’t know if it works properly as SEM rush told me we have an issue. Indeed in Google it’s not the one i put inside seo press parameter.
I would prefer to have your view. It’s a problem from Google ? They have to update the title or I need to do an update somewhere?

Whenever I update my website, I always view it from mobile after. I noticed every time I view my website from my phone, the page does not update, but when I go back and view it on my laptop, the post is there. WordPress is not allowing me to download the Cache plugin to clear everything. Any. suggestions?

UPDATE:
issue solved. The problem was the Woocommerce plugin. After cleaning the cache and reverting to the previous version, tagdiv composer is back to working.

I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, but this did not solve the issue.
I also cancelled Composer, Standard Pack, Library and cleared cache (Hummingbird pro by WPMUDEV in use).
I am not sure about this, but it might be possible that the issue rised with the update to 10.3.7.
This is issue can be observed on 2 out of 3 site where I have Newspaper installed:
1) osdife.org ->not working (hosted by OVH)
2) studiolaquilone.it ->not working (hosted by Ionos)
3) ilcaffegeopolitico.net ->working (hosted by WPMUDEV)
I did several checks to understand issues reported by browser inspection panel, and so far I can see that the problem should be with td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/td_wp_admin.min.js, but unfortunately I have no technical know how to go in deth.
I would kindly ask for your support as, above all on osdife.org, I cannot publish the new website if I do not fix this.

If you can afford to, temporarily disable WooCommerce to make important Newspaper updates, then re-enable WooCommerce.

Hi matteoglobe, if I’m right the problem is that now you need to use an YouTube api key, that can not be set in the theme version that you are using.
What I suggest is to make a staging or sub-domain and update the theme to last version, make some testes and only after that update the live website, but not before to make a full backup.

Try to install Woocommerce 4.6.2 and not update yet. I have same issue but this solve my problem for now. I’m waiting for update theme.

While installing newest version of Newspaper and upgrading tagDiv plugins, my site got broken. When checking for the reasons, it appears install creates htaccess file in home directory — normally it is nothing wrong, but in my case I specifically forbid htaccess use and site config lies in other file, so such behavior while updating/installing plugin breaks site. After every plugin update/install I have to delete htaccess file manually in order to avoid error 500.
Hi Vlad, thanks for the reply. TWhen I downloaded the software for the first time in July, I thought I had the most updated version, but my site did say the plugins were old and needed updating. Do you know if you have updated the plugins since then? My TD composer doesn’t allow me to enable the sticky menu. I also can’t save the logo images I upload on TD Composer.
As the title says, will Newsmag also be updated soon to get the cloud features?

Normally there should not be those kind of problems, but those can appear when the theme is not update correctly, or there is some plugin, security option that is prevent the theme update to be done correctly.
To help when those problems appear, we added in the theme panel settings a theme backup for the settings made in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ and you can restore a backup from there. Also when you update the theme all theme files that were edited will be lost, but in your case if you need to edit only the functions.php and style.css files then you can use the child theme that is coming with our theme, in this way the edit files from child will not be affected by theme update.

When the mobile theme is enable it will overwrite the mobile page and the responsive version, therefore if you want to use them, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/gWPWpZr.png make sure that this option is disable -> https://i.imgur.com/MWfVRRJ.png after that you need to set for each page the mobile page that you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/BTZ7Xta.png

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
