I have updated all the plugins, but my site now has changed when i go on it via mobile. the logos have gone wierd and also there is only one category: latest posts. It has changed the structure of where everything is.
Please help quickly as i have viewers and it will make their experience unprofessional

Thanks for your response! Yes, we have migrated our server last month and added a staging server as well. We have just updated our WordPress version and plugins. Nothing else. Rest we are updating daily posts on blog posts. Kindly go through with those issues once and let us know the best solutions to improve site performance.

Thanks but this is not so helpful. The plugins will not update, a Failed message just comes back. When I go to the update manually page, it opens the page but does nothing. It is not working as your guidance indicates. There is a problem somewhere.
Your colleague Alex responded to one email and I sent an invitation to the WP site as requested. I have not had a response.
Where can I get some proper support for this basic issue ASAP please? So far I haven’t even got it started!

Hello! I have the same problem. I updated wordpress version and theme version, and the div composer tag is not loading.
I think like Pietro Costanzo the div tag composer is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress (v5.5).
I had to go back with v5.4.2 and then tag div composer works fine.
These steps don’t work for me:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer
2. remove tagDiv Composer
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer
4. Clear all cache for your website, host and browser

Thanks for you help but if you read and understood the entire thread of my interaction with tagdiv, you would have realized that the issue re the Themes Update is merely a symptom of the real problem,first reported on August 13th inst. Why would I need to activate a theme, which was already activated two years ago, and which has survived numerous updates? Anyway, I have re-activated it as you suggested and the problems I reported on August 13th still remain to be addressed.

Please note that the WPBakery Page Builder plugin is a bundled one -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins you do not need to update it, when you’ll make a theme update we’ll include the the last version of this plugin.
Also we do not recommend to use it with PRO demos or tagDiv Cloud Library.

Seems the support is not reading what we are writing…. Issues started all of th sudden like MANY users are reporting. I already said that the issue ONLY happens the moment we active yout TD CLOUD plugin. Please fix your theme and plugin since the wordpress community know the issue is connected to the Jquery modules deprecated as seen while using the Jquery helper plugin. Please provide fix or update your code.

I have the last version of Theme and WordPress too, but for me the element text with title is working -> https://i.imgur.com/wTF57P5.png, I think that you have some options in some plugins or host that are blocking this element to work, you need to click on https://i.imgur.com/hDmgaJp.png to see what is blocking the element.
These are just some warnings should not affect the theme, if you want I can provide the fix for them, but these need to made in theme files, also soon will be released an update that will fix these warnings.

So…I recently purchased newspaper theme (on themeforest). There is an update to the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Apparently since tagdiv got the license, I have to go tagdiv.
I bought a theme years ago but sold that site to someone else. Years later and we are here today. This Newspaper theme is the second plugin I purchased.
I have no idea how updates work. So how can I update WPBakery Page Builder plugin from 6.2.0 to 6.3.0?
Hi there. I have tried putting Block 88 and Block 102 on my homepage, but they only link to posts, they don’t actually embed video or audio in them. Is this right?
UPDATE – Please ignore this post – i have resolved the problem – just needed to embed the video or audio URL into the ‘Featured’ vid/audio slot on the post
FWIW I just added a 3rd site to our multisite instance, activated the theme first and I’m still getting the same thing. The request is also being made to http instead of https.
I updated the site settings for sites two and three and it’s working now.
Settings > General
Make sure the URL for your site is https. I don’t know if that will help anyone else, but it fixed it for me.
You still have not fixed my problem. I reached out days ago and still not fixed. You tell me to email, email says it’s fixed it’s not. The issue is with the TagDiv Composer and related plugins. They’re all outdated and do not work to build pages. I even inquired to pay someone there to fix it and nobody emailed me back.
