if i update to 10.3.6 will i lose any of my customizations to the theme?

I have a serious problem. The update, for some reason, was unsuccessful. During the update, a maintenance message appeared and now, reaching the site, this screen appears: https://www.facilesfizioso.it/
What can I do to restore the site? Newspaper no longer seems installed. If I transfer all the files from yesterday’s backup, will I solve without losing the configurations?

Update :- I have added Element using TD Composer but still only naver is showing and there’s no settings in element

I have fixed this issue. This issue was coming due to I am using H2 lines in footer. Now, I have updated it is working fine.

Thank you for this update. In desktop everything appears to be functional. I do still see the slim white box appearing between the submenu items. Since the background color is the same this is not too disruptive although the corner covers the page heading slightly.
In mobile from the SCORE videos submenu page this is the only page where the hamburger menu stack won’t launch.

I followed the steps provided in the article “How to update the WPBakery Page Builder plugin”. It worked, i dont need to update the plugin anymore but all the elements of my homepage are converted in “text element” with coding language. How can I fix this problem ?

I have updated the layout as you said. But still, it is showing the old layout. You check my website info4view.com. The layout is not coming correctly. And one more problem is coming that i am unable to edit the home page through the editor mode. Please can you help asap
That doesn’t seem like the appropriate work around. My customer should be able to update these items without me editing templates.

in order to beas helpfull as possible I checked the issue more and find out the following:
I can see the updated front page when I am log in but when I logged out I can notice that no latest news are showing in the homepage.
I was using Breeze for cache but trying to fix it I delete this plugin and now using WP Super Cache, which was recomended for newspaper theme.
One more thing noticed was that I made a change in my Google analytics plugin and chage the buttom widown in order the user to just aggree and not accept or decline.
This above change is not always applicable in homepage..
I have asked couple of my friends to check the homepage .. some of them can see the corect one with articles updated, so others see the yesterday one with no new articles updated.
I am really really confused.
I am also sad as this is a new site and seem that people visit it a lot and really I am not able to understand if they can see lastest news or not…
