From what I know there was some changes in Instagram roles so you’ll need a token access from Instagram to can show that Instagram feeds; there will be a new implementation in our Instagram widget in the coming update that we hope will solve this problem, meanwhile you’ll need to find a plugin that can display Instagram feeds.

I integrated the Instagram plugin into my sidebar and footer. The images appear well but the last one is dated August 21, 2019.
I have posted a lot of them since then but the update is not done. What is the problem with that?

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older tagdiv theme and plugin version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems and maybe you’ve missed something while deleting the old files. Have you checked the tagdiv plugins to be deleted too ?

I’ve just checked your website with my mobile and desktop and all seems to be alright for the moment.
Also in the current version of theme it is a problem with Lazyload option from theme panel, any time when you use tagDiv Composer or make some changes in theme panel, this will be reset, this problem will be fix in the coming update, sorry for the inconvenience!

Since the last WP update, http://www.mondeoz.com shows the AMP version on mobiles while it should show the Mobile version (haven’t changed any setting).
I went into Theme Panel > Responsive and saved again the settings. I emptied all caches and then it was showing the mobile version on desktop. It was also showing a Newspaper menu on AMP mobile version while my Cloud Template menu should be 100% ok by now.
After a refresh, then it was showing again the desktop version on desktop and the AMP one on mobiles.
Doesn’t make sense at all…
Can you help fixing that?

Also, I’ve forget to say that you can use new templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can edit them using tagDiv Composer, you can achieve what you need and you do not need to wary about the updates.

The easiest way is to set the above custom css in Theme panel> Custom code> Custom css, in this way you’ll not lose the css when you’ll update the plugin or theme.
Indeed there is more custom css, but is like that because that style is apply to more classes, if you’ll remove it then you can lose the layout for the elements that have these class.

I have installed the TD Social counter on home page and posts.
However it shows 48k FB when I have 51, it shows 0 for Instagram etc.
Will it update to the correct follower numbers?

Hi Calin,
I eventually found the conflict with WP Retina 2x. If using the pitcureFill rewrite capability, the plugin will update the img element with srcset instead of the src tag. This causes the td-retina() function to blow up. I switched the rewrite method to “Responsive-Images” and that fixed the issue. Hopefully this helps anyone else using this plugin with the theme.

after updating from v9.7.2 to v9.8 my site is broken. I tried the update of two ways: First direct copy via SFTP and second with Envato Plugin. Both don’t work. After restoring my backup i have v9.7.2. Is there any trick to update without broken my website?

Unfortunately this really is an issue and comes from the latest Google Chrome update. It will be fixed in the next update. You can either use the text section or another browser.

Not sure if this is tagdiv conflicting with visual composer, but its frustrating as hell. Anytime I try to hide a row, it does not take effect. None of the mobile friendly options (like hiding on mobile) just does not work anymore.
Ever since you guys integrated tagdiv editor its just caused more headache than anything.
Please advise. I have never had this problem with this theme before this last update.
