I just updated to 4.6 and my thumbnail images are no longer showing on the site. https://www.mads.asia/
I have now reverted back to 4.5 and the thumbnails are now showing again.
hello i want to tell you my very big problem.
first of all i have this site with your template such 2 years: https://www.greekaffair.gr/
my problem is that all my images saved with more one size on backend media library. so my site has be with all my articles: 50 GB site !!!!!!!!! it is very big problem because i have put my site on VPS Server with 70 GB disk space and now i have update to 100GB because i believe that the disk is full at the next month.
first of all could you please to tell me if there is a way to stop this, to create more one size?
Second how can i do when i delete an article to delete an all image from backend media library?
Third, there is a plugin to remove all my unused images from media library?

Hi there, my website is hotenough.com and I like the newspaper 8 theme. The problem is I have 3 blocks showing up blank as they are showing old category titles that are now deleted. I am unable to use TagDiv to modify the blocks as for some reason it is not working at all despite trying to enable/disable the plugin. I would be happy to download a new theme updated version of newspaper if this helps…but I have clicked on 8.72 and nothing happens and I don’t know where newspaper 9 lives if it exists at all! sorry for the newbie questions and thank you, Mandy

1. What kind of ads are you using? I could take a look, post a link to the website.
2. I could take a look here as well, ads for AMP have to be entered in the Theme panel AMP section. For Adsense ads you have to enter these parameters

Simple HTML ads can be entered in the dedicated section

Be sure to test with a mobile or mobile editor to see if the ads appear.
3. That happens because the mobile theme plugin is active. This plugin is optional, it is intended to be used if you want to display a simpler and also different content on mobile.
You have to create 2 versions for each page, one with the composer for example as you did for that page, and one with the simple mobile editor

As I said the plugin is optional, so if you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile, deactivate it. More info about the mobile theme here

4. Some header styles display the header ad below the menu and logo for example

Is possible in some case to have issues if you have both composers activate, that’s way is not remanded, but as log you don’t edit the same page with both composers will be no problem ( but is possible to be some elements that will be display wrong with both builders activate in the same time ) .

Unfortunately, please notice that custom implementation was lost when you have updated the theme to the latest version of it. You need to customize again that section but please notice that we cannot provide any support for this. This is additional customization!

So you restored a backup and there are problems with the thumbnails now? Or the problem is with image elements?
Maybe the issue is having both composers active. Note that after the theme is updated the tagDiv composer will be activated automatically, so if you used WPBakery to build pages there could be problems with some WPBakery specific elements.
If that is the case and both are active, try and deactivate the tagDiv composer.

after the words custom and projector it creates a new line, but it’s just plain text in the editor and no extra code that I can see.
Unfortunatly i still have some image problems after last update. I have this evening updated last version from themeforest – version 4.6, and updated all plugins.
Fex. at this page you will see there is missing thumbnails in megamenu, but also the widget is missing thumbs.
Is there a solution for this?

Thought I would post an update if anyone else is having this problem. As this problem has persisted I did a live help chat with Host Gator customer service. The said they updated my PHP to the latest which seems to of solved the problem.

i have the 9.01 Newspaper version, it works well, great theme.
but i have a little issue when i want to use tag div composer. i can’t delete an element when dragging into the box in the right corner . Nothing happended, the element is still there.
i have only a “grey screen” or “layer” semi-transparent above the page whitch disappeared only if i click on the screen …but no erasure of the element.
Could you help me to fix that ? do i need to update my theme ?
