The ad is set in the Ad box and is an image, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins)

Also, if you have the plugins enable, please make a test only with tagDiv plugins, if you have extra plugins please deactivate them and see if is still a problem.
Please do a test on a subdomain and use only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme.

Please make sure that the update procedure is done correctly, that the plugins are updated too and active: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ also, try to deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc and see if is still a problem.
Also, the problem may be due to a plugin conflict, so please please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I understand that you bought only one key and activated it on two websites.
So, you can use a license key for one single product, only if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):

I think you referring to edit thehttps://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-manager/”> footer with tagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned (from Cloud Library) and edit that page with tagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. For example, edit your homepage with tagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
If it is not what you mean, then please provide me with an example or maybe a screenshot with exactly what you need to achieve.

That code is set in the theme files and can be rewritten using this code, select the port view on the phone, select the content zone and set the margin-left and right to -20 and set this code in width
calc(100% + 40px)
