You can use the smart list element. You need to use the smart list from tagDiv Composer, inside Single Post Content ->

Alright, you had a mobile theme enabled and then disabled it, after which you created a mobile page, great. However, to avoid the problem of having the desktop version on the phone, or vice versa, you should use a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or WP Rocket, and enable the mobile cache option.
