td_011_settings is used for backup from Theme Panel; there is a limit that you can set to revert back the settings, which is why there are the wrong tags. The Posts Loops settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Layout, Style, ADS and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the pagination options of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbers, and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category).

Please activate the tagDiv Standard pack plugin.
Also, I recommend using a cloud template for all headers, footer, posts, categories, etc. and Flex Block and Big Grid Flex instead of Blocks 1-25 and Big Grid blocks.

You can set your WordPress to English and upload the translation for English from Theme Panel -> Translations – Translations, after maybe you need tagDiv Composer to change the translation for some elements. Also, there is a custom code css for some elements to be RTL, but for the beginning, you can do what I said above.
