For the category template, if you have set a posts loop then will display all posts in this category or you can use Flex Block/Big Grid Flex and set the filter to “Category -Current category” => https://i.imgur.com/7P99qx0.png and this is why the block will display posts for each category. Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
