This request is custom work because the change needs to be done in multiple files.
For each block, the theme makes a custom query depending on the filter set
The query it’s made in
td_data_source.php
To add a new sort order you have to edit
td_config.php
file and add your sort. Next step would be to generate the new sort in
td_data_source.php
by adding the required arguments to the query.

From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP.

Then rows can be stretched if needed, to the provided values. I assume that by decreasing the margins of the page you mean increasing the width of the content. This will indeed reduce the margins, as the content is larger. So you could stretch the rows in the page.

If you want a width value that is not available for selecting, stretch the rows to full and set your desired value here https://i.imgur.com/MDgzWje.png Every row, column, or element from the composer has a width setting in the CSS tab, also margins and padding can be set there if needed. It depends on what exactly you want to achieve in the page.
