You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns.

The newsletter is made to support these types, not to send emails. you must use one of them to send emails.

Try to use the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode in the text area.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have first to start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The user profile is managed by WordPress, the theme has no control over it, unfortunately. WordPress strips the HTML tag, so the output is pure text. You might need to use some 3rd plugin to achieve what you are looking for.
