Using Yoast SEO plugin, you can create a unique SEO title that will also display on your browser tab for each webpages.

For Mobile Theme plugin, you can change the logo from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header and the copyright text in footer -> subfooter.
