Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to import the template, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

For the mega menu, you can’t set what posts should be displayed, only categories.

1. You need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and use the responsive desktop version to have those for mobile. The mobile theme cannot edit and set the mega menu or other custom options.
2. The mobile theme comes with its own templates/design for pages, posts, categories, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
