Hello!
The Standard Pack plugin is required for default templates and the tagdiv Cloud Library is required for cloud templates. We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!
Go to the Newspaper -> Plugins and activate the Standard Pack plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m glad that you managed to solve the issue.
Have a nice day ahead!
Hello!
Yes. A fix will be added in the next update of the theme.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website, and the article page displays the same as on your desktop.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can set the image width and height using the shortcode’s settings or from the CSS tab.
Thank you!
Hello!
You should be able to use and add your images to those shortcodes. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is a problem with the shortcode for the subcategories in the latest version of the theme. We will fix it in the next update.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Unfortunately, no. Maybe you can find a plugin with this feature, but pay attention to a possible plugin conflict with the theme.
I’ve added this request to our improvement list.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check the row settings and elements font size in the tablet and mobile viewports in the tagdiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please recheck the settings from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hello!
The issue could be because of the font that you are using. Try to use default fonts and check the results: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/. Also, you can try to optimize your fonts. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/font-optimization-with-wp-rocket/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
You should enable the settings from the Website Manager. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/ at the bottom of the page.
Thank you!

Hello!
You should edit the pages from there and check the block settings from those pages: https://app.screencast.com/XmZeexbITL7p1 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello!
Select the icon, and apply these settings: https://app.screencast.com/2N10DKVvoUTRi
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no option in the theme to achieve that. You need custom code.
This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
I appreciate your understanding!
Hello!
If you sent an email, then we will take a look and try to help you as soon as possible.
Please be patient!
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
A code in your frontend appears only when you have a plugin uninstalled, when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin. Check in Newspaper -> Plugins. Make sure that the tagdiv plugins are installed and activated. You should have the social counter, standard pack, cloud library active.
Thank you!
Hello!
Using a cloud category template, you can edit it with the tagdiv composer, check the image settings from the Category Background Image shortcode. If you upload an image smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM
Thank you!
Hello!
Check in the Newspaper-> Theme panel-> Translations-> Translations, replace the word from the right side, and save the settings in the theme panel.
