Hello!
The posts loop will display the current category’s posts. You can use a flex block instead: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Please note that if your posts have multiple categories assigned, they will display if you choose to filter at least one category from multiple ones.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check these guides: https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-image-effects/; https://forum.tagdiv.com/what-is-ajax-preloading/

Hello!
You should have a row split in 3 columns and please apply these settings: https://app.screencast.com/1SiTRUWYDnhfM
Each element should be placed in one column. In the CSS tab, ensure there are no paddings or margins values.
Thank you!
Hello!
You should add the ad codes here: https://app.screencast.com/ph98YE8wIjVoO
Save, clear the cache and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
The “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content.” If you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer, and view the page to see the changes.
Check this thread to see a possible issue with the shortcode: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-stopped-working-in-column-text-block/
Make sure there is no plugin conflict or caching issue.
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
You can use a license key for one single product(website). For the other domains/sub-domains, please consider buying another license key. There are two places for a license: one for staging and the other for the live version of your product/sub-domain/website. If you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete); in this way, the license will be available for the new website, and you can use the theme without any problems.
Thank you!
Hello Giri!
I’m waiting for your response.
Thank you!
Hello Dimitri!
You can not edit a default template with the tagdiv Composer. I was talking about cloud templates and events.
Thank you!
Hello @FranciscoGonçalves!
I’ve already replied to your email, please check! Let’s continue the discussion via email, in one place.
Thank you!
Hello Dimitri!
The default template for your event is this one: https://urban-digital.de/veranstaltung/webinar-digital-zukunftsfaehige-kommunen-ohne-vergabehuerden-zu-digitalen-loesungen/ or not?
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Do you have the latest theme update or use an old version?
Check if a plugin is restricting the access. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Check this guide: https://support-camp.io/so-loest-du-das-wordpress-login-redirect-problem/
Thank you!
Hello Dimitri!
Unfortunately, we have not integrated the Event Calendar with cloud templates, so you can not display all the event information.
Thank you!

Hello!
You can go to the Dashboard -> Add new page, give it a name, and press the blue button edit with the tagdiv Composer. From here you will be able to customize it. Also, you can edit the page template you’ve created in a new tab and copy paste the element in your page edited with the tagdiv Composer(Click on the row right-click -> copy, go to the page click on the empty row, right-click ->paste.) Also, you can save elements and find them on the left side, where you can add any new element with the name you set (refresh page).
Unfortunately, the page template is different than the other templates. You can not set it as global.

Hello Vunt!
If you use a cloud template, you can edit it with the tagdiv Composer and delete that element. Otherwise, for default templates, there is an option in the theme panel settings: https://app.screencast.com/ogRXFHiglVjo5
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve checked your article, and the post counter is increasing while I re-visit it. I’m not logged on to your website, and it works.
Thank you!
Hello Dimitri!
Did you use any extra plugin to create your events? If they are CPTs, should you see them in the Cloud Templates -> CPT/Taxonomies and choose a cloud template for them.
Thank you!
Hello!
Check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-optimize-your-theme-for-seo/
Let the Yoast team know about your issue. They may have an idea of how to set the plugin properly to recognize each text.
Thank you!
Hello!
The problem can be caused by a cache plugin that you’ve used. Also that you activate the option from the theme panel later, and we can not bring the old views back. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/
From your screenshot, I’ve checked a post: https://app.screencast.com/O1DCZstmhsgxm. I can see the views counter from your single post template is higher than the number from your screenshot, which means the counter works.
Thank you!
