If you use a flex block, then you can find a setting called “Modules per row” in the Layout tab and you can select from that dropdown how many modules you need per row(in your case 2).

1. A workaround there could be to duplicate the header and delete or hide that flex block and change the border from the CSS tab of the elements. In this mode, you’ll have 2 header templates, modified one and the normal one and you can assign it on every page you’ll like. No, the Newsletter will take only the email input.
You can change these files from here: wp-content\plugins\td-newsletter\styles\tds_newsletter
There are 8 files for every Newsletter style.

Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
Unfortunately, this section can not be edited with the TagDiv Composer.
