It seems to work as in the second screenshot instead of the images in the gallery.
Please make sure your images are uploaded in their full size and set it as full size also.
If this problem is there only when you are logged out, then it could be a cache problem.
Please make a test and uninstall all the cache plugins that you have, clear the cache from your browser and let me know the results!

I’ve tested on my end and in my case is not happening like this after I logged in.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

If you set up after a paragraph and the post do not have that number of paragraph, then of course it will come ad after ad because you set up also the bottom one. There is no setting to make any condition there, but you can keep your posts to have the same number of paragraphs to avoid this situation.

A workaround there could be to duplicate the template or add a new one and assign it manually for the posts with less number of paragraphs.
In order to have different elements inside for every category/post, you need to have different template for each category/post.
If you want the same style of your categories/posts, then you can duplicate a template/layout for every category/post to have different template, make the specific changes and assign it to that category/post.

Yes, when a post has a featured video, then it will display the video modal. When a post has a featured image, then the modal will not display.
The video modal ad only displays inside the modal with the video and not separately.

How you deactivate the Composer?
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
