Hello!
It could be a custom CSS or a plugin which interfere there.
Try to apply this code in the Live CSS and save it:
.td_block_single_image .td_single_image_bg {
display: block!important;}
Thank you!

Hello!
I hope you did a backup of your files first.
For sure, we do not have this possibility for other theme because they are not compatible, but with our cloud/PRO templates you can create easily a page. We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:

It would be best to directly address them the issue because they know the code of the theme better.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
We provide a fix for the JSON error in the 11.3.1 version. Please update the theme and plugins. Note that some CSS settings from the CSS tab of the elements which you adjusted in the 11.3 version will be lost. A workaround there could be to switch the last revision of the page.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I can see that your logo is the same on both versions: desktop & mobile and it is working well.
Please clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!

Hello!
Please note that for cloud/PRO templates, you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads code.
If you set up correctly the ads, then they should work well.
Check if you have some errors in the console and consult your Google Adsense account first.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, you are right because this element called “category siblings” display the subcategories but also related categories when that category has no subcategories. There is another alternative element called “subcategories”, but has another design.
Other option is to use different templates for your categories. The ones which has subcategories you can use that element “category siblings” and for the rest of them, you can duplicate the template and delete this element or use another new template.
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here I explained step by step how you can duplicate a template.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello!
Edit that page with the TagDiv Composer, click on that element and set in the CSS tab some negative values for the left and right margins.
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems the problem is not there.
Maybe it’s from that ad or a plugin conflict, please re-check if you did not solved your issue.
Thank you!

Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no option auto slide for ads.
There is an element called “Big grid slide” which can be set to auto slide after x seconds. Also, you can have a limit there of how many posts do you want to display in the slide.
Thank you!
Hello!
I’ve tested on my end and it is working well. Change the template, use Gutenberg and try again.
Thank you!

Hello!
In that flex block in the post template, go to the filter tab of the element’s settings and from the dropdown category filter you can choose: Single – Related by category.

Hello!
I think you are talking about Mobile Theme plugin, which has a separate field in the theme panel for ads.
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello!
If you did not modify them and it’s appearing in the TagDiv Composer, there it could be a plugin conflict or a custom CSS that you applied.
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
