Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!

Hello @mujeebdaze!
You should be able to edit that with Tagdiv Composer, it could be an inline text.
Click on the text and you can edit it in the element’s settings in the left side in Composer.
Thank you!

Hello!
You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Thank you!

Please clear your cache and try again.

Hello!
A workaround could be to restore a revision from that template like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZK5O8Ljmg
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello!
Edit the page with TagDiv Composer, then click the row of the element, and change the value from row stretch.
Thank you!
Hello!
The problem there might be that our javascript is not loading on that page because it could be an error from somewhere else. Please provide a screenshot with your console log and your website link in order to help you.

Hello!
If you need a PRO/cloud template, you should use TagDiv Composer plugin.
Do not use both page builders on the same time.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thank you!
Hello!
In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
