The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Unfortunately, we have not tested Litespeed plugin, so we can’t say if it will work or not.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working perfectly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Yes, the iGossip template use header style 10 which is a default template and you can set up the style from theme panel and build the design of the header, but you can not modify it with TagDiv Composer.
In Cloud Templates, you will find only cloud template which you can modify with TagDiv Composer.
