Hello!
I checked your page and it seems no other posts showing only one.
Did you solve your issue?

Hello!
It seems that header to be empty.
Please try to access your website and edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer and see if there you can make some changes.
For more information about this plugin and how to use it, please check our tutorial from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
2. On a category page will display also the posts from subcategories 1,2,3..etc how many posts the category has. On a subcategory however it will display only the posts from that subcategory.
If you want to add an element for example flex block, then you can filter some posts like this:
1. Post ID filter => add posts by IDs
2. Category filter => choose a category from which to display posts
3. Multiple taxonomies filter => choose multiple categories from which to display posts
4. Filter by tag slug => add posts by category name
5. Multiple authors filter => specify ID authors from which to display posts
6. Post Type => specify post type, for example if you have custom posts
7. Sort order => you can choose in which order you want to display posts
3. I just explained you above why that setting is not visible on your website, please read once again.
7. Your correct sidebar is an element called ” Social counter ” , so just edit the wrong page with the wrong sidebar and insert the same element there called ” Social counter “. In the end, you have the same sidebar.
9. I can see in that “Posts loop” element an offset, please delete the value from there and let the field empty.
Thank you!
Hello!
For example, if you edit a post template and for all posts you have the same template, then when you change something in a post with TagDiv Composer, all changes from that template will have effect for all posts which has assign that template. This is easy for some clients which have 200 posts with the same template and they want to change something from all.
Now what you can do is to assign another template or duplicate the current template for the posts you want to have individual settings.
Thank you!
Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Hello!
When you change the post template please note that some post templates don’t have sidebars or a place to put a sidebar, that’s why your sidebar is not showing.
Thank you!
Hello!
It is strange, because we didn’t find this issue till now and how you described it should work well.
Sometimes, this kind of issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
If you click on the logo, then you can see some settings in CSS tab where you can adjust the width.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello!
I just test the lightbox option in the latest update and it is working well like in other versions.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!
I checked your website and it seems working.
The issue is that you use a cloud template so you need to edit the post with TagDiv Composer and make sure you use an element called ” Single Post Tags ” in order to display the tags on your post page.
The settings from theme panel are applied on a default template.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can not modify the AMP version only with custom code added in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Custom code. But, I recommend you to check if this problem is not from a plugin conflict or something that can interfere on your website because we tested the AMP version and we didn’t find this kind of issue.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can search by accessing Dashboard -> Cloud Templates -> ADD NEW. If there is no header template, then it means the demo maybe use another template and not a cloud one.
Thank you!
Hello!
I checked your website and it seems to be fine.

Hello!
AMP use the functions from Mobile Theme: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/amp/functions.php, also check here: \wp-content\plugins\td-composer\mobile\functions.php
But, please note that any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.
Hope that helps you somehow!
Thank you!
Hello!
Please provide us some screenshots and more information about what you are looking to achieve in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, there is no custom title there. So, you should add other element called “Title” in order to achieve this.
You should be able to adjust the image height here in order to fit in the element: https://www.screencast.com/t/O4bxAV9kE7
For more information about big grid settings, take a look in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please provide us some screenshots with the settings you applied in order to help you.
Thank you!
Hello!
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working perfectly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
If a page it is build with TagDiv Composer, then if you will edit normally a page you can see just the code from plugin and not some content. That’s why you should use “Edit with tagDiv Composer” option if you want to change something on that page.
Now what you can do is to delete that code, and add the title when you edit the page with the plugin.
Thank you!
