Hello Dennis!
Do you have any settings or plugin for redirections?
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the modal page and check if there are any stars displaying. If not, then there could be a plugin conflict. Check the page settings, plugin settings; maybe you can exclude that from appearing or use some CSS code to hide it only from there.
Thank you!
Hello!
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you set 0 here: https://app.screencast.com/AiBmO6qVfQzBO, then there won’t be any bottom margin. If this is not the issue, then please provide a video or some screenshots of the issue you have. So, I can efficiently assist you.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello!
Click on that button “create template” and save the settings from the tagdiv Composer.

Hello!
Go to the Appearance -> Widgets, select the widget from your footer and check if you have the settings to change the text color or add an extra class and place it before the code.
Thank you!

Hello!
Use this CSS code:
.widget a{color:#fff!important;}
body{color:#fff!important;}
But I recommend using a pro footer in order to easily modify with the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello Jose J.!
I already said that you need to add the ID tag manually which one you like to display there. Unfortunately, it won’t take it automatically for each category.
For the style, there are only few options. You can try to add other modifications only with some CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello!
Establish if you want to enable/disable the Google Fonts for the whole website. If you disable this option, the website will load the fonts founded in the system.
Thank you!
Hello Jose J.!
You can manually specify the tag ID here: https://app.screencast.com/d5ZnNlghrb4JA
There is an option in the Flex block called Filter by tag slug that work well in the latest version of the Newspaper theme. Here is the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Please provide your website link.

Hello @tonipelovski!
If you want to set a featured video, then you should set the video format as well.
Add the video link to the featured video section in the article while you edit it with Gutenberg. If you have no any featured image set up, then it will automatically render an image from the video as here: https://app.screencast.com/aLKmmCUztScmf using the shortcode called Single Post Bg Featured Image.
If you will use the Single Post Featured Image, then it will display like this: https://app.screencast.com/3NPD3wbFsxNCC
Thank you!
Hello!
Normaly, it should be a lazy load from the theme, but it shouldn’t take so much.
There is a script, and the element won’t load until it is fully loaded. Without it, the element will look broken with the items displayed vertically.
There should be a problem with the optimization on your server; that’s why it takes so long. Please check.
Thank you!
Hello @Slimane !
TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better. Scroll down till you reach the footer.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, I have no ETA.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
It shouldn’t be any lazy load feature on that element.
Do you use a cache plugin with lazy load feature?
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to use the Classic Editor instead. Check this link: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/357118/layout-settings-in-the-new-gutenberg-editor
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there are no settings to adjust that.
This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
