Ok. Please follow the steps:
1. Go to the Cloud Templates and duplicate the category template: https://app.screencast.com/BNzUFeC6LowNM
2. Rename the duplicated template with the name of the category you wish to assign. https://app.screencast.com/xYkkdBFTeIF88
3. You can edit with the tagdiv composer each template to change it and add the elements you need for each category: https://app.screencast.com/GBXyRRA5lZMGH
4. You should assign them. So, the simple way is to go to the theme panel settings: https://app.screencast.com/mpuweTKi1QfH2
You can see that the Early Middle Ages category has a special template assigned. You can do the same for your posts. Also, you can view each category page and assign the template from here: https://app.screencast.com/mLGsvgRnfMmjs

1. The submit button won’t store the emails in the backend. It’s taking the data and create a CPT/post with them.

3. Only if you will use cloud templates and not the default templates from Learndash.
4. This feature is useful when you do not want to display the same article on that page. The settings can be found in Gutenberg -> Post Settings(scroll down to see it) when you edit the page.

2. You do not need Newsletter for that. Following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/ you can be able to create a form for your users. They will complete all the fields created by you with the help of the shortcodes from that link for posts or CPTs. The data introduced by them will be in pending or directly published on your site and they can view them with the help of the shortcode My account -> My posts. Make sure you have no errors in the console while using the shortcode.
Probably it could be from the same error you have in the console while using WP Editor, and it is blocking the actions on your website.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
