Hello,
1 – you cannot remove the space as it comes directly from the image: https://www.screencast.com/t/yd4txL1nRbam

2 – You can hide the title by adding this custom css in your theme panel-> custom code section:
.wc-tabs{
display:none;
}

3 – You can use this css code to align these elements to the center:

.woocommerce-loop-product__title{
text-align:center;
}
.woocommerce ul.products li.product .button{
margin-left:auto;
margin-right:auto;
display:table;
}

Thanks.

Hello,

The category background image is set exclusively from the category settings in our theme. If you did not add any manual background image for your categories, then the background could come from an external plugin. https://www.screencast.com/t/cxFceqgGU
There cannot be random background images on the category page.
A post on the other hand can grab the background from it’s primary category like mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but for the mobile theme we have not tested any other smart list of an ajax live search. They were implemented exclusively on the desktop theme. The mobile theme was built specifically to remove all complex elements such as ajax calls, page builders,etc. in order to provide maximum page loading speeds. Sorry but we will not be able to help in this regard as the mobile theme was built specifically to ignore such elements. It will not be simple to modify it into using them.

Thanks for understanding.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

It could have been a caching issue as now it works properly on both your pages and posts: https://www.ehuntr.com/2017/08/01/pronghorn-speed/
Please note the social counter is not a live count and is affected by cache.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please use this guide to increase your site loading speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Hello,

Sorry but we have not heard of any such issue before. What is google analytics say? what are your post view counters saying? Maybe the test you are running is wrong.

Thank you!

Hello,

If you change the single files, you will affect the posts, not pages.
Here is an example for pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/changing-the-date-to-x-time-ago/

Hello,

If you get a blank screen after the update please disable the tagdiv composer beforehand and delete the plugin. The composer will then install the new version automatically.
You can also try to add code in your htaccess as mentioned in this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-goes-blank-when-i-try-to-edit-my-pages/

Thank you!

Hello,
The clear button is there on our end: https://www.screencast.com/t/GKr7dBVRLY
If your clear button does not show up for any reason, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no block in our theme that can show the entire post content. There is a module however which can be set for categories or for the standard blog roll of wordpress (the blog homepage, not a static page.) This is module 15: https://www.screencast.com/t/Vhs8mSys

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but we have not tested such a plugin or gallery that can show external images and link to the original author. You can maybe try the revolution slider bundled free of charge in our theme package.

Thank you!

Hello,

Did you alter the comments on your site? By default the counter shows like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/8hq5UrzYe
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wordpress-news-magazine-charts-the-most-fashionable-new-york-couples-in-2016/
We cannot replicate this issue as the comments do not display like on your site. You use disqus and our own theme comments do not work with disqus. The theme counter can only count the theme comments. Not comments coming from a plugin. If you want to remove the theme comments bubble, you can remove it from the function here: https://www.screencast.com/t/zldFYSuA

Thank you!

Hello,

The decisions are taken based on popularity. Probably when you requested AMP, there were just a few requests for this feature. The growing popularity of AMP made us implement it into the theme. This happens with every popular request. If PWA becomes more popular then we will most likely make the implementation for it as well. I cannot say for sure now, as the requests are still limited.
We get lots of requests and have to prioritize based on popularity.

Thank you for understanding.

The header ad will not show up on the blank template and on the overlay menu. THe rest of the page templates will show the header ad.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please test big grid 1 here to see the responsiveness: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
As for the second request, yes it is possible if you use the different screen sizes in the tagdiv composer. Basically you create 2 blocks. One that is only shown on desktop/tablets and is hidden for mobile devices and the second one that is hidden on tablets and desktop and only shows up on mobile devices. Use these buttons to change settings based on device: https://www.screencast.com/t/7Dg5tS5bQBW

Hello Ryan,

Unfortunately an release date is not possible at the moment. It will be the following weeks depending on how long the development will take as well as proper testing.

Hello,

Please read this guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/ so you can check what module is used on what block.
And use this guide for the thumb sizes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Bog grid 1 uses 532×462 for the big thumb and 265×198 for the small thumbs.

Thank you!

Yes, but the counter on posts is not affected by the counter on pages. You will have to go into the widgets section and adjust the settings exactly as on the page I referenced working.

Hello,

The fitness demo has the orange color hardcoded. You will have to change it from the demo style.css: https://www.screencast.com/t/iZq0rGUl

Hello,

Please make sure when uploading images you select the full size for that image, not a thumbnail of it: https://www.screencast.com/t/Hi8XPIHq0
If this is not the issue, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.

Thank you!

Hello,
