Sorry but our theme does not provide a second sticky menu. There is no simple way to add an extra one. Substantial coding skills will be required for the task. You can try a plugin though that can provide such implementation.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Unfortunately since this is a custom post type, I cannot say for sure how it’s been created. The theme has nothing to do with a cpt’s featured image. Sorry but you will have to contact the plugin author and check for featured images.
