I’m not sure what latest published date you are referring to. If you want to display the date your site has published it’s most recent post, then the theme has no such functionality. You should look for a plugin that can offer such an implementation.

The instagram widget is not a live widget. It will only make a few requests per day to keep server load to a minimum. Please give it a bit of time to update.
I can’t see any instagram widgets on your site at the moment though.

The theme login modal does not have any settings to choose from, so it will have to be made custom by altering the theme code. If you need a custom implementation you cna try this method: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-custom-login-page-for-wordpress/
You can then redirect the theme login form to the new custom form.

Unfortunately the big grid as any other block is a whole unit. it cannot be controlled separately and make a post sticky and have the rest be dynamic. In order to do this you will need 2 separate blocks. You cannot have 2 different filtering options in the same block .

If you updated using the patch, the file td_sub_footer_template_1.php must also be replaced. Please download the theme from envato and copy the file from parts/footer to your install.

Then remove any custom code from the theme panel.

I have just tested the footer page again. Once you set it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Y4s7AoCxVGiZ the standard footer no longer displays.
Please clear all your caching including cache plugin, cdn server and browser cache.
Also test without plugins to see if there is no plugin conflict affecting the theme functionality. Try to disable all plugins except the theme specific plugins.
