Hello,
You forgot to put the dot in from of the class:
.td-scroll-up{
display:none!important;
}
Thank you!
Sorry but the tagdiv composer does not have shortcode equivalent for those elements.
Why do you insist on using the tagdiv composer when you are clearly in need of the old VC elements and do not want to create new pages? Simply use VC just as before. We are not forcing anyone to use the new page builder. Simply disable the plugin and install vc found in the main theme package and all the work is done. Do not use both cs and tagdiv composer at the same time though.
Thanks.
OK,
Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
Hello,
The transition guide can be found here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
The tagdiv composer does not have all the elements vc has.
It was not designed to replicate VC and will not have the exact identical elements.
If you do not like the tagdiv composer simply install VC as it’s included in the theme package. You already have it. for free. Please use this guide to install VC back: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
By the way, you never mentioned it was removed in the first place. Not in this topic anyway.
If you cannot use VC, you will have to recreate pages from scratch. What should I help with there? I cannot create the pages for you! You must use the page builder and add content to your pages. The old ones must be removed.
Thank you!
Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the page and see where the color is coming from. We cannot provide any solution based on a screenshot alone. We need the site to inspect the code.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please remove this code in order to remove the meta information from the block: https://www.screencast.com/t/rq9lsVw6y

Hello,
1. Each demo has it’s own custom implementation. The beauty blog has the shadow removed as a design choice. Which header style do you use?
2. I;m not sure what a post site it. Sorry. Only static pages can be changed with the page builder. Posts are edited in the back-end using the tiny mce editor. Other template such as the blog roll template are handled from the theme panel-> template settings
3. The sidebar on a post is different than the one on the page. The one on the page is not a standard sidebar but rather a a sidebar created for that page specifically directly in the page builder on a split row. It will have to be recreated in the widgets section if you want to have the same design.
4. The links grab the color from the theme accent color. There is no setting to change the links separately. https://www.screencast.com/t/V72pxWbMH
Thank you!
Hello,
There is no purpose to it :). You simply have a limit to your blog roll for 5 posts. So it will show only 5 posts and then pagination. Please change to an even number here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ElHb9TSwZJYh
Thank you!
Hello,
The footer text can be changed from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/yiu3NLlNb6uv
If you mean just the text “contact us” that can be translated from the translation settings.
Thank you!

Hello,
The license is created by envato. Please check this url: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
You cna use the theme on a single end product. Testing platforms do not count as an end product.

Hello,
The block settings can be found in the page builder. Please edit your page in the tagdiv composer and change the block settings like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
If you change a color and it does not apply, it means you have caching enabled or another css rewriting the code. Please set the color to your preferred one in the theme panel and then provide a link to your site so we can inspect the color and see why it does not apply
Thanks.
Hello,
That is a mega menu option. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!
Hell,
For weather we recommend our own weather widget: https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/
Seo yoast is a seo plugin that has nothing to do with cache.
WP super cache is the tested and recommended cache plugin to use with our theme.
Please use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks.
Hello,
Unfortunately the theme back-end is not translatable.
The sticky menu color will always be the same one as the static menu color. It can be changed from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/a296MTLn
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately it seems the theme is not compatible with the plugin in question. Try other plugins until you find one that does not provide the issue. We have not tested any rss plugins with our theme so I cannot provide any solution for untested plugins, Sorry.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. As you can see there is no rss plugin among that list.
Sorry but our theme was built with creating content in mind, not pulling it through feeds.
Thanks.
Hello,
It seems to be in order. If the problem is fixed, then you can move on. We will also be investigating this.
Thank you!
Hello,
No one is forcing you to move over to the new page builder. You can use vc just as before and disable the tagdiv composer.
Sorry you feel this way about our product and marketing. As well as our support. If you feel the theme is not to your liking, you can request a refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will provide it
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately that is no simple to make. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with the code as there is no simple solution we can provide via the theme support
Thank you!
Ok, if you do not want to follow standard debugging procedures, how are we supposed to help? Plugins are the number one cause for 90% of the issues here on the forum. If you do not want to disable them, you will not be able to use the theme properly.
