Hello,
OK, let;s try this another way. You cannot use both page builders at the same time and you cannot use elements from one page builder to another. If you want to switch to the tagdiv composer you will have to re-create your existing pages with the new builder that means scratching the old page and creating a brand new one by pressing the add new button and then adding elements to it with the tagdiv composer. Please use this guide to learn how simple it is to use: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
This guide should help with the settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
We cannot creqate the pages for you so you will have to eventually learn how to use the builder.
That is IF you want to switch to the new builder. You can always keep VC if you want. Just do not use both at the same time.

Thank you!

Hello,

The footer offers many styles to choose from as well as options to add a footer background color or image. Please check:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
as for the color: https://www.screencast.com/t/F0XfTEdoO6

Hello,

No, that is not a broken menu, it is simply a bigger font. The menu automatically goes on 2 rows if the menu items are too many to fit on one screen. It is the different interpretation of the browsers for the font size.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

When the mobile theme is displayed on desktop or tablets, it means a caching issue in most cases. Please remove any at all caching solutions you might have and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn, please only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Please note there are hosting side provided caching solutions as well so you should check with your host and disable any hosting side cache.

Thank you!

Hello,

You can use a single image element or an image box element in the tagdiv composer.
Here is an example with 3 custom images with custom titles and custom links:

Hello,

Please provide more details to where exactly on a page you want to change the pagination. For blocks please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Unfortunately for the latest articles there is no setting to change the pagination. You will have to customize it. If you want to alter the code, the function can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LgF66caskk

Hello,

The td composer will only work for pages, so posts are out of the question as a start.
You may be experiencing issues due to a plugin conflict. Please disable ALL other plugins besides td composer and switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Then
test it on a brand new page (add new page)
If the issues you describe are also present on that new page without plugins please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Hello,

It depends how you implement the sidebar. If it;s on a page, you will have to edit that particular page in the tagdiv composer and add or remove content like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
If not, please check the appearance->widgets section of wordpress for standard sidebars.

Hello,

Please update your theme to the latest version and switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. Also make sure you disable all untested plugins except the theme specific ones to see if there is no plugin conflict.

Thank you!

Hello,

The block pagination will show up if you have more posts to show. If for example you add a block 11 and have it show 5 posts, the rest of the posts from that particular filtering will be loaded in an infinite loading way. This type of pagination is best kept for the bottom blocks of your page. If you do not have more than 5 posts to show in that block based on your post filter, then no pagination will show up .

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunaetly we have not tested the plugin so I cannot provide any insight into this issue.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

Thanks.

Hello,

There is no update proof way of altering the theme code unfortunately. If you need a code changed you will have to change it manually from the theme php files.

Hello,

You an only do it with css if you have the skills necessary. There is no setting in this regard. It also depends on the size of your logo and your ad size.
This code will bring the logo to the left of the container

.td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-logo{
margin-left:0;
}

But for the ad, it depends on the size.

Thanks.

Hi,

There is also a wp limitation for the sidebars regarding the sidebar names. If you use any special characters or symbols in the sidebar names, WP will sometimes strip them of content. Plugin conflicts or custom code can also cause the stripping of sidebars.

Thank you!

Hello,

This issue is not related to the ads themselves. You have a conflict going on that removes any code you add. It is either a plugin conflict, or file permissions or a rule in your htaccess. Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Unfortunately i cannot use the browser inspector to see the code as you have the content protected. I cannot see the code so I cannot determine where the gap comes from.
Thank you!
