When you download the theme from envato there are multiple ways you can download.

1 just the install zip
2 the full theme package.

Please access your envato account and download the full package. Or ‘all files’. I can’t remember the exact name of the option.

It could be your cache plugin or browser cache. (tst drom a different browser or a different machine)
It could be a cdn server or a hosting side cache.
Please also test without plugins. Disable all of them except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

You can use a big grid full but not stretch it to full width. Access the row settings for the big grid full (click the row button in the top left of the grid in td composer) and change from stretch row and content to the default state.

The admin comments are not held for moderation as you are the admin that will approve the comments so it;s natural they will not be held from the admin. The user comments should be held if the setting is enabled. Our theme does not change the default implementation of wordpress regarding comments. Please test this behavior on a wp default theme as I cannot seem to recreate the issue on my end.

The second smaller tweet button used to be a tweet counter, but twitter since then removed the functionality and no longer allows twwet counts on their platform so the button became a simple tweet button. If you want to replace it with another network for example, try this method:

Sorry but that plugin is not among the tested and recommended plugins. Untested plugins are not covered by the theme support.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

For the moment we do not know of any official method for external featured images. The theme requires an image in the media library in order to set it as featured.

If you have a live site and a testing platform for it, it does not count as 2 sites. But if you have 2 live sites with different content, then you will not be able to use the theme legally on both.

Please also test without plugins as there might be a plugin conflict. The demo can be installed with or without content. If you need just the homepage, install the demo with content, edit the homepage and copy the content from the back-end on another page. This way you will ensure you do not loose the page when uninstalling the demo. Now, uninstall the demo and install it again without content so you do not have the extra posts and content.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
