It could be a plugin that is no longer compatible with the new version of the theme or certain blocked content from the host side. We have encountered both situations so please disable all plugins and clear all caching and then check for any blocked files in htaccess and contact your host and ask for any blocked files from the host side.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you require 2 posts at the top and 3 posts on the bottom on the same layout (sidebar wise) then you will need to use separate blocks.
Try to use a big grid for the top 2 posts and then use block 4 for the 3 posts per column part. You can use the offset feature to not have duplicates.

Well we have not officially tested any user role editors but what I said above, does not mean you cannot use a user role editor. Such plugins also use the function I pointed out. Gibe it a shot as they are free. It takes about 5 minutes. Since this conversation went on, you could have tested them all and already found one that suits your purpose so you can move on and finish your project. The theme does not have any option you seek. Try plugins.

We have not tried tweaking it but it will prove harder to do as the jetpack sorting option will not work with any other settings in our sorting options. It is a very sensitive code and you will need to know what you are doing.

Now you just have to access design options and make a few adjustments. Click the social icon element in the tagdiv composer and use the css box model: https://www.screencast.com/t/PjnxUry3Le to add margin and padding. You might want to stretch the content as well so your social icons do not fall on 2 rows.

1) Yes the easiest way would be to add a custom link to the menu and link it to a page instead of the video category
2) Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ On pages, please use the video playlist from the page builder, not the shortcode from posts.
3) Unfortuantly there is no other way of updating a playlist. you can only add or remove youtube ID’s
4) Technically yes, but if too many are used in the same playlist, it can become a bit slow on the loading times. Once you see slowdowns because of the many videos, you should consider replacing very old ones in the playlist.

Sorry but the theme only provides a distance from top field. There is no simple way of creating a distance from bottom functionality. I suggest hiring a freelancer to help out with the modification.
