Hello,
There is no version available for download but we will be able to provide it via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
Hello,
No, your solution would be to use the mobile editor and add content to your mobile pages as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If using the mobile theme, you will not be able to show shortcodes on it no matter the page builder used.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
1) Your slider works fine. Just drag it with the mouse and see. You can set it to autoplay in the block settings. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
2)Please only use videos, not video playlists in the youtube playlist element. This guide should help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/megamenu-exclude-2nd-level-subcategories/

Hi,
The shop page was not created in the tagdiv composer but rather in visual composer as there was no tagdiv composer back when we first created the shop page.
You can create your very own shop page and have it look like you want it to by adding woocommerce elements to the page using the woocommerce shortcodes provided by the plugin.
Our shop page has a simple image then a text block with a few lines and a woocommerce shortcode added on a 2/3 layout and a sidebar on the other 1/3 row
It is simple, not very complex to create in the page builder. Please read this guide to learn how to use the page builder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ and read the woocommerce documentation to see the different shortcodes that can be used for pages.
I have tested the add to card option but it works fine on our end: https://www.screencast.com/t/3nIPOOHPr
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello,
1) our theme uses the default comments of WP so you will have to serach online for a WP solution on how to remove the email field:
example: http://crunchify.com/how-to-remove-url-website-field-from-wordpress-comment-form/
2) These elements can only be targeted with css.
Please use this code for the search:
.td-head-form-search-wrap input[type=submit]{
font-size:20px;
}
Use this code for the post comment button:
.comments input[type=submit]{
font-size:20px!important;
}
You can add the code in the theme pane;-> custom css box.
Thanks.
Hello,

Hello,
Please try the manual activation as the error message suggests:
https://www.screencast.com/t/wg6ctSxSkT6y
Thank you!
Hello,
If you are referring to the same theme license, then you will have to read the envato license you received with your product: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Any theme on themeforest can be used on a single end product at a time.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please try google page speed and gtmetrix and see the results.
Also try to disable all plugins except the page builder and clear all caching. There could have been an automatic plugin update and it became incompatible with the current version of the theme. This is a string reason not to use automatic updates.
Thanks.
Hello Greg,
Nothing will be broken if you simply install the new theme and deactivate the tagdiv composer. That’s it. It is a plugin that activate automatically but you simply deactivate it and that’s that. You should not edit a page at all having both plugins active.
Thank you!
Try this code:
.td-module-thumb a:last-child:before{
display:none!important
}
Thanks.
Hello,
Our theme does not have this kind of option. You will have to find a plugin that can provide this sort of implementation.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please also test this on a wp default theme and see if the back-end is still slow on another theme. It could be your host limitations.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it
Thanks.
Hello,
Sorry but the page speed implementation has to be done by the user as it is more a server configuration than a theme related issue. We can provide a guide for you to follow but most of the needed configuration is done on the server side, not on the theme side.
Please read this guide for page speed optimization: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
As a note on speedbooster: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
If you cannot follow these steps, you will need to get help from someone who can do it for you as we cannot provide such services.
Thank you for your understanding.
You may be editing the wrong file and testing on another template. Make sure you edit the correct file corresponding to the template that you use. For example post template style 6 uses loop-single-6.php
Editing loop-single-3.phph will have no result on your post until you switch to template 3 in the post settings.
Thanks.
Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not offer any tracking on the share button. The like button has a counter and you can see how many likes a post gets, but not the shares, sorry
Thanks
You just need to insert <script> at the start of the code and </script> at the end of the code.
here is an example of how to use the script tag
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_script.asp
Thank you!

Hello,
You can adjust the header , footer and pages to be full width, but not the main content on posts, categories or other templates.
The theme does not have a dynamic width unfortunately for the main content.
Here is the theme panel section: https://www.screencast.com/t/DcfvGSv0ZZXz
And for pages, please use the stretch row functionality of the row settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/Lt8SEMCmG
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes indeed the customization seems to break the pagination in the current version. This is the case with customization as it can break on an update. Code gets changed.
Sorry but for the moment there is no option to change offset of the posts.
Thanks.
