Hello,

We do not recommend using block elements on posts. They were never intended to be used on posts. On posts use the media library to add pictures.

Thank you!

Hello,
As for the images, your images must be at least the size of the biggest thumb you use on your site. This depends on your decisions and the settings you use. If for example you use posts with parralax, where the iamge sretches to the whole length of the screen: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-lenovo-details-new-computers-that-could-be-heading-our-way-in-2015/ then you will need full HD pictures. Else, an image size of at least 696 px width will do the job.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please provide more details to what block or grid do you want to remove the gradient from. Every block that has text over an image has this gradient so you can read the text. Otherwise the text will not be very visible on bright images.

Thanks.

Hi,

Be careful when you edit theme files as you have to mind the syntax. You need to wrap the code in php tags.
I just tested this on post style 2 and it works as expected.

Hi,

Sorry but our theme has no options for this. You can maybe try to use a plugin suych as WP Smush to optimize the images.

Thanks.

Hello,

This does not happen on our end: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wordpress-news-magazine-charts-the-most-fashionable-new-york-couples-in-2016/

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,
The tablets will not show the mobile theme on tablets. I;m not sure why this happens on your end. It could be the wp super cache plugin:
Please use this guide to properly set wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also wp super cache has a flaw in it;s code that should be corrected.
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows in the provided link.
Let us know if you still have trouble with wp super cache.

You can try to disable the mobile theme plugin if you use it and test to see if you still have this issue.

Thank you!

Hello,

You seem to have a resize happening on your images.

Please disable any image optimization tools you might be using on your install.

Thank you!

Hi,

You seem to have a custom ad 1 block that is empty right above the grid. Please remove the block https://www.screencast.com/t/2c16f2zgf50

Thanks.

Hi,

It seems your facebook page is not set to public though. Your page needs to be accessible even without an account so the counter can pull the likes from the page.

Thank you!

I wanted to say that images make up to more page speed than render blocking js and css. I meant to leave them for last and figure out all other implications. If everything else is in chack I can only recommend speedbooster if you say you know how to use it. However speedbooster will not be able top move ALL of the js and css to the footer. It has not been tested with every plugin out there.
Plaese rad the page speed guide again as all the info regarding speedbooster is there as to how to use it. Also please check your system status screen to see if it;s even active dues to plugins: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/

Please know that page speed is not covered by the thee support. We try to help out where we can but please note that page speed customizaion is not covered in the support policy: https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/

Thank you!

Hello,
This happens because of the custom nature of your infinite loading block. The css does not apply properly as the css code was created for pages not posts. In ordewr to replicate the design on posts you should reoplicate this css: https://www.screencast.com/t/jQLkhngrjWnc
Thanks.

I’m not sure what the yoast local plugin is but the only tested and recoomended seo plugin is this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
If you still encounter errors, please disable ALL plugins except the page builder and test again. If the errors are still there, let us know.

Thanks.

Hello,

This is a strange issue indeed. We never heard of such issues before. Please make sure you update your theme properly using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and try to update without any plugins as your plugins could impact the process.

Let us know if you still encounter this issue.

Thanks

Hello,

Please try to reinstall your theme by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Choose any method except the automatic update one as this is not technically an update but the same file replacing must happen.
Also please disable all plugins except the page builder and test again as a plugin conflict can create such issues as well.

Thanks.

Hi,’
It seems there is an empty paragraph added there. Please use this code to remove the spacing and paragraph:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-main-page-wrap {
padding-top: 0;
}
.tdc-content-wrap p:empty{
display:none;
}}

Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunatly as you mentione yourself:

just one simple ( or may be not?) part of it.

We tried to help people implement this and we soon abandoned the idea because of the implications that arose and the complexity of the implementation. That is the reason we do not want to tackle it again via the support until our dev. team decide to implement it officially. There were no simple solutions found. Sorry for the inconvenience but infinite loading is beyond what the support team can offer you at the moment.

Thanks
