Here is how it shows up for us: https://www.screencast.com/t/7mHZlb16A76
I cannot see the cropping issue.
Thank you for your suggestion.
Hello,
Sorry but the sort order is not created in css.
If you want a custom sort order, here is an example on how it is created:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/implemented-new-sort-most-popular-among-posts-of-last-7-days/
Alternatively, you can select specific posts you want shown in your block using the post id filter.
Thanks.
Hi,
We cannot say for sure why the mod_security provides this error but if that is causing the issues, do not use it. Most of the times, hosting features such as security, caching, optimization is not recommended to be used as they will conflict with WP. Disable any hosting related “features” and install WordPress specific tools to take the hosting solution’s place.
Thanks.
Hello,
I already replied via the envato platform.
Please check this image and where it is added. I cannot find it on your site though:

Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry but this feature is not part of the theme options. You will have to use a plugin.
Thanks.
Hello,
You cannot implement a code without knowing where to add it. The code provider should be the one to tell you where the code should be added.
I can suggest our theme’s custom js box: https://www.screencast.com/t/XCNhlDg2
Thanks.
Hello,
I can’t say for sure about the plugin but since you already have to make modification in the code to make the plugin work, you might as well code the time ago and not use any plugin at all for it. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/changing-the-date-to-x-time-ago/
Thanks.
Hello,
1) All caching needs to be cleared
2) If you do not know what a cdn is, most likely you do not use it so ignore that part
3) make sure ALL of the entries here are green and in the recommended parameters: https://www.screencast.com/t/2BVUGuuO3p
Your demo did not get through intact from our server. If you still cannot install a demo, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will investigate the issue.
Thanks.
Hello,
We have found that a vertical image with the size of 692 x 1094 worked best in order to have a crisp image quality. The min and max is up to the user preference.
The mobile menu and search are the same template so they cannot have separate background images.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please delete the version that you have installed now and install this version instead:
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
If you still cannot get the access token to work even with the version provided, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
You will have to split the row in a 2/3 + 1/3 layout in order to have elements on the right side of your page. Press the row settings button:
https://www.screencast.com/t/wgG9yFOF
and select a 2/3 +1/3 layout and place your widget sidebar in the right column: https://www.screencast.com/t/Dx9M3uDeQlt
Thanks.
Hello,
Galleries are created using the add media button and then press “create gallery”
Thank you!
Hi,

Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for pointing this out and for sharing your solution.
Hi,
Please provide an example as I cannot see any issues with any image on your site.
Our theme does indeed have a cropping system mentioned here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
Here is a list of the different thumbnail sizes used in our theme:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
And this list will show the different modules used on blocks:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have any RTL options. I cannot provide any such customization as we do not have a customization department.
If you decide you cannot use the theme for he missing rtl options, you can request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will provide it so you can choose another theme that can provide rtl support.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please disable the tagdiv composer plugin. That is the solution. Keeping both plugins active creates problems. Tagdiv composer installs itself automatically in the new version so it must be disabled if not used.
Thank you!
Hi,
1)On desktop it will look exactly the same as before as the code only affects the mobile version of the theme.
2) Sorry but css cannot do that. That must be programmed by a developer as it takes a lot more than just css. Sorry but there is no simple solution for it.
Thanks.
OK

Hi,
The mobile theme uses a different smart list. Please access your theme files and remove this part of code:

Hello,
The array containing the menu items is found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/zZqmfGaar2
You can delete the entry and the menu item will no longer display.
Thanks.
But did you disable all plugins and clear cache as instructed above?
