Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Sorry but the elements are visual composer specific. They were not created by us so we cannot offer any solution from the theme side. It is the way visual composer implemented their elements and the theme has no interference over them.

Sorry but our theme only provides the standard or video post formats. If you need more formats you will either have to add them custom or use a plugin for implementing them, but the theme options will not apply to custom formats though.

Sorry but the theme has no pin it button option. You can maybe find a plugin or Pinterest implementation code for it, but I cannot offer any solution in this regard.

We do recommend using our page builder in the current version but this is not mandatory. Visual composer is still available and can be used.
As for VC the update is worth it but it will not have the impact you are looking for most likely but it’s worth a shot.
I strongly recommend updating the theme, php version, plugins etc. as updates are recommended for optimal performance and stability.

You can simply use the default page template as the title and breadcrumbs will not show up once you use the page builder. If you do not use the page builder on the page, then it will show the title and breadcrumbs. Simply press the button to edit the page with tagdiv composer and you do not need to add anything with the builder, just press save and exit. The title and breadcrumb should go away.

I’m not sure what category settings you want applied to your posts though. Category settings are meant for categories not posts. Please provide more details to what you want to achieve.

Yes it could be a multi-site conflict. Our page builder was not tested in a multi-site envioronment especially if it was created using a plugin. Sorry.

If you want to add borders and spacing to blocks and modules, please note you can add them in the tagdiv composer in the css editor box but only exterior borders can be added. You cannot create a grid around the posts as mentioned. It can only be done with custom css. Unfortunately there is no simple solution for it.
