I understand they work together but we only tested one, mainly Woocommerce. I cannot say for sure about WC Vendors. Try it out but if you encounter problems we will not be able to help as plugin implementation is not part of the theme support.

OK, In this case it could simply be a plugin conflicting with it.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

1) Sorry but the theme module sand blocks do not have a built in video player. The video is only played once the post is accessed.
2) You will have to search for a plugin that can load the next and previous post as a carousel. The theme has no such option available.

In upgrading from such an old version of the theme we simply recommend deleting the old theme and installing the new one as the code has been changed entirely since then. It will be like switching to a whole new theme. Your pages and widgets will have to be re-created. Some elements have been redesigned some removed and a lot added in the current version.

Also please don not use both page builders at the same time. If you use tagdiv composer, disable visual composer and vice-versa.
