Hello,

You do not have to buy visual composer and you do not need to update it from the plugin author. We will provide the updates along with our theme updates. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Thank you!

Hello,

The background ad uses the site background image and ads a link to it. If your background image appears too small, then you are probably uploading a thumbnail of your image. (common mistake) Please check this setting and make sure the full image is selected when adding a site background: http://screencast.com/t/Nqy8lUs2HgG

Let us know if you still have trouble with this.

Thank you!

Hello,

The WordPress black strip will only show for logged in users. You will have to use plugins to remove the default admin bar as our theme has no such settings.

Thank you!

Hello,

1. This could be because of your customization. Please restore the plugin and theme to it’s default code and test again. Try to disable all plugins except visual composer and buddypress, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. I cannot se this issue on my end so it is caused by something on your end.

2. The colors are added by the plugins and our theme has no option to change these colors. You can use this css code to change the black colors:

.bbp-search-form input[type=submit]{
background-color:red;
}
#bbpress-forums li.bbp-header{
background: none red;
}

#buddypress div.item-list-tabs ul li.selected a{
background-color:red;
}
.td-page-content .item-list-tabs .feed a{
background-color:red!important;
}

These colors do not have settings for them so they can only be altered with css. You will have to identify the ones you want to change and use the browser inspector to alter their color. If the plugin does not add any options for changing the colors, the theme cannot do it instead.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but we did not test any such plugins. Maybe one of our users can help if they have experience with such plugins.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately the theme width is fixed and cannot be changed. We did not built the theme with a dynamic width in mind. Sorry. The theme width cannot be changed easily as all elements depend on the fixed width.
As for the fonts, the weight should be the same on all browsers, but this can be different based on the browser interpretation of the css. Please also test our demo http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and see if the font weight behaves the same on your browsers.
If you want to remove the excerpts for block 6, you cn do so by removing the excerpt from the excerpts section here: http://screencast.com/t/WdQ11eB6A
As for the title text, please provide an example of what title you are referring to so I can provide the proper answer

Thank you!

Unfortunately we cannot help either as the plugin is not tested and we have no idea of it’s functionality. This question is better addressed to the plugin author as he will the proper answer for your issue.

Thank you!

Hello,

I’m not sure why facebook asks to add the code in the header part of the site but we have not tested this method. We are not sure what the code does or why it is needed. There may be a different implementation needed for wordpress. Please follow facebook’s instructions on implementing the meta property.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please provide a link to your site so we can see the header problem and inspect it.
As for the menu, you cannot stretch it beyond the container in order to fit more menu items, sorry. You can try an alternative for this by choosing a header style that will not show the logo besides the menu so you can have more space for menu items or reducing the padding between the menu elements. There is no simple solution for this unfortunately.

Thank you!

Hello,

I have checked your site but could not see any code: http://screencast.com/t/pl9gExdjznx
Maybe the issue was caching related and since then got cleared.

Thank you!

Hello,

You will have to use the function exactly as wordpress intends to: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/in_category/
I tested this simple example and the ad spot only gets rendered for the gadgets category:

Hello,

Our theme ad system is not created so you can generate ads. it is an ad rendering system not an ad creating system. You can create your own ads but you will have to create it in html. There is no ad generator unfortunately. The image size should have a size depending on the palce you want to insert it in. For example the header ad depends on the header style that you use. If the ad is next to the logo like header style 1, then you cannot add an ad that is too large. The container is only 728×90 so that should be the max dimensions for this header spot. If you use the div’s provided in the other ads link, then your images will be responsive automatically. Now, if you want to use a bigger header ad, you can use another header style that does not use the header ad next to the logo so there will be no size restrictions except for the main content area which is 1064px

I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hi,

Well we have not tested the specific ad you mention. Try to ruyn a test and use the adrotate plugin. This way our theme ad system will be overwritten and the theme will no longer interfere with your ad. Try to see if your ad works with adrotate.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you!

Hello,

The sidebar is there but it;s empty. There are no element added to your sidebar. Please use the widgets section of WP and add elements to the sidebar you use on your review posts.

Hello,

This can only be done with css. There is no setting in the theme panel for such a feature. You will first need to use a header style that uses a background highlight on hover (not an underline) https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ Then the hover color can be changed with a css code for each element in particular. Please refer to this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/main-menu-different-colours/
