Hello,

Sorry but we do not own a copy of the premium package and testing a plugin is not as easy as it sounds. if the plugin does not work out of the box, it means the theme requires adjustments made to it in order to work with the plugin. Sorry but since the plugin is not tested, there is no solution I can offer in this regard. Please try a few debugging yourself and disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also check any settings that might make the plugin not work properly. Disable any extra options that are not provided in the free plugin and test again to see exactly which option is the not working one.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry you feel this way about our support. Here are couple of solutions I can provide:

1. load the translation in the wordpress translations settings first and your translations should load automatically for spanish so you will not need to load spanish in the theme panel. http://screencast.com/t/Q6hUAo1F4

2. Use this topic as I has to search for your website in other topics (as you did not provide it here) and saw that you use https.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-plugin-doesnt-translate-to-spanish/

If you want professional help, please be a professional yourself and do not make accusations and not provide all the circumstances of the issue you are facing.

Thank you!

Hello,

The slider appears fine on our end: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/translation-wont-load/
Try a different browser or a different machine and testy the slider.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.

Thank you!

Hello,
This is most definitely a line height issue. It affects the menu as well as the pagination. Please restore the theme line height to the default values. Check any custom code you might have or disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!

Hello,

You have to put the whole analytics code inside the google analytics box in the theme panel including the script tags: http://screencast.com/t/39M9tlkZxo

Hello,

This can only be done with css. Pleas euse this code to hide the crumbs from the homepage:
.home .entry-crumbs{
display:none;
}

As for the centered crumbs, please use this css code in the theme panel-> custom css box:
.entry-crumbs{
text-align:center;
}

Thank you!

Hi,
The mobile.jpg image that you have troble with is not part of our theme: http://screencast.com/t/S3waApplX It might be a mobile logo you added maybe…
Thank you!

Hello,
Our theme will not use the default wordpress thumbnails. The theme uses the theme thumbnails. If you leave the image on full size, the theme will use thumbnails for these images automatically as a 696×0 for the content with sidebars and 1068×0 for the non sidebar layouts.
The thumbs in the wordpress settings are ignore except for this one: http://screencast.com/t/Ml8YBuYH6 Make sure you leave the default thumb to 150 x 150
Thank you!

Hello,

The ad code requires basic HTML knowledge. You just need to know how to create a link using the anchor tag and place an image element inside it. As for the open in a new tab, a simple google fixes all: it’s called target_blank: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_target.asp

I hope this helps.

Hi,
Sorry but I cannot provide any solution in this regard. It represents customization and it falls beyond what the theme support can offer you. You will have to hire a developer to help out if you do not know what steps you need to take in this regard.
Thank you!

Hello,

You probably have an ad or some custom image that stretches beyond the content of the theme. you will have to take a look at what is causing the scroll. It has to scroll to something. The scroll does not show up if an element does not go out of boundaries.

Thank you!

Well, we cannot promise anything as Andrei pointed out. Just because we add a suggestion to our list does not mean that automatically it will get implemented. The developers decide what gets implemented and what doesn’t. As Andrei pointed out above:

when the time comes developers will consider it

Hello,

The theme block titles can be changed from block setings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ but the overall style of the titles is provided by the theme demo you chose. There is no setting to select a different style for the headers.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but there is no setting for this. The page was not built to support any lightbox. Images on pages can only open in an attachment page but the lightbox was not adapted for pages.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

Please check this guide to see how you can fix an internal server error: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/

Thank you!

Please also check any server side cache as in most cases the hosting also provides caching that needs to be deactivated so just wp super cache is used.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately our theme blocks will only work with visual composer. We have not tested any other page builder. There is a slim chance the blocks will work with another builder. We have not tested the beaver builder so we cannot say for sure if it will even run with our theme. you will have to give it a try if you already own a copy but you will do so at your own risk. Make a back-up beforehand.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately the transition cannot be removed as it is part of the menu. You can use this css to stop the transition effect:
.td-search-opened .td-search-background, .td-search-background{
transition:none!important
}

The background colors can be changed from the theme panel colors section or from the mobile theme section if you use the mobile theme plugin

Thank you!

Hello,

Our theme does not have any such option so it will have to be made custom. We have not implemented any such feature. category colors are only shown on the post category tags on the post page. You can use css to color your menu items. I can provide an example of how it can be done if you can provide a link to your site so I can inspect it.

Thank you!

Hello Toni,

Please disable all plugins except visual composer,clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again. There most likely is a plugin causing the issue.

thank you!

Hello,
there is an issue in the current version of WP that seems to be affecting every theme. You will not be able to delete a theme from the wordpress dashboard. Please use ftp to install or update your theme:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thank you!

Bogdan B.

Hello,

Please do not use the tagdiv composer together with visual composer. 2 page builders will cause problems. Please provide more details to what issue remains unclear?

Thank you!
