The homepage post will show the post you want if you add the right id in it;s block settings
If this does not change instantly, it probably means you have caching enabled or a cdn server or both. In this case you need to clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it in order to see the results instantly.

Please disable both wp rocket and rocket loader as they are known to cause issues with our theme. the recommenced cache and cdn settings are these ones: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

If the issue is still there please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
We have no reports of such issues until now so i think it’s a simple plugin conflict.
Also if you have any custom code added to the theme panel or customization done to the theme files, please also remove them to see if they do not affect the functionality of the theme. if you have a child theme, test the main theme also.

Well it could be one of the causes. Try to disable the cdn for a quick test and see if the iamage is loaded properly afterwards. Try to regenerate after you disable max cdn as well.

if you refer to these images: http://screencast.com/t/KMsoh3wj1Nyu, those are images that were once loaded but cannot be found in the path anymore. They are missing images. We assumed you know what that icon means as it’s the standard web icon for a missing image. Please check the featured image on those posts. Remove the current featured image they have and add it again under a different name or add another image.

What I have tested with is the emulator from internet explorer. We do not have real ie 9 for a long time now. It’s sad you have to use it though. I see the error on browserstack.com
This could be the main reason: http://screencast.com/t/Yfxjr0vhh you do serve 2 versions of your site and one cannot be reached. If you only serve one version the www. version of your site should have redirected to the non www one. Please make the proper wordpress adjustment and do not serve 2 versions of your site.

There is no way of showing 2 columns. The block Catalin mentioned shows 2 posts in one column. But you cannot have 2 columns as the mobile view is only 1 column. There is no simple way of having 2 columns on mobile.
This is the way our theme was built. Once the screen goes under 767 px, then only 1 column will be displayed. Block 15 was an exception as it shows 2 posts on 1 column but there is no other element that can do rthis.
What are you trying to achieve? what element do you want to create? what content are you trying to add?

You will have to play around in visual composer to learn how to use it and how to add content to your pages. Once you figure out the basics, you can start adding a row and split it into 1, 2 or 3 sections as the link above mentions. Then you can add elements in each section. Well you should check those 3 computers out and see what is different about them…I can’t say for sure unfortunately as i don’t see the issue on my end. I also tested on different computers but it worked on all of them so…sorry but I cannot know exactly what is going on with those pc’s.

That does not seem to be an error. It is maybe a plugin you have installed that will hide the wordpress dashboard when writing a post. An error is when a functionality breaks, not when an unknown functionality shows up and works properly as i see there. please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. That is an intended functionality, not an error.

Well, our theme blocks and modules were designed to show posts only, not custom content. If you want to add custom content, you can use the visual composer elements that allow you to add images, videos or other elements on your site if you do not want posts.

The icons being replaced with Chinese characters has to do with fonts. The icons are added through a custom theme font. If the font is not loaded from the same source as the rest of the content, then this can happen. This usually happens when you serve 2 versions of your site through WordPress (a www. version and a non www version) or the most common cause of this issue a CDN server. please follow this topic for a possible fix: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

Well we cannot provide support for the revolution slider plugin as we are not the plugin authors. But this does not have to do anything with revolution slider or the theme. If you add a text over an image and you do not have any foundries set for the text in a responsive environment…how do you expect it to follow the image? You cannot have a text follow the image in a responsive layout as the image gets shrunk or increased but the text will not follow along. Text will only change font once there is not enough screen space for it or based on the functions added for this in the revolution slider plugin. The easiest thing to do in this case is simply add the text on the image itself in photoshop or your favorite photo editor. That way, the text will move along with the image. Images move about in a responsive layout, but text does not. I’m not sure revolution slider has any implementation so you will have to search through their documentation and search for online tutorials on how to use revolution slider.
