Hi,
you can set ANY number of views manually to each post like so: http://screencast.com/t/Kx85pQWs The field is available from the start without any plugin. Just make sure you have it checked in the screen options.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please remove all your css regarding the menus and just use this code:
.td-header-style-5 .td-header-menu-wrap .sf-menu > .menu-item-11805 > a{
color:yellow;
}
.td-header-style-5 .td-header-menu-wrap .sf-menu > .menu-item-11807 > a{
color:yellow;
}
.td-header-wrap .black-menu .sf-menu > .current-menu-item > a{
color:white;
}
In the code simply switch the menu item numbers to correspond to your menu item classes. You can see the menu item number if you use the browser inspector: http://screencast.com/t/STExSf01
Thank you!
Hello,
The files are the same. The tracking code should be added in the same files. Parts of the code got moved and some got removed and some parts added in. Code gets optimized on each update but the file structure remains the same. Header and footer.php are requirements for every theme so they will not get removed. The head and body tag will always be located in the header.php file
Maybe you have them set through the child theme. We also recommend updating the child theme as well. Please read this topic for an explanation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately the Facebook comments plugin is not tested and we do not know of it’s functionality to say for sure if it can be synced or not. Sorry.
Thanks.
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no way of syncing the 2 likes. The likes on a post will always be more than on facebook as there are people who can press the like button that are not logged in or do not even have a fb account. The like button on the post itself does not need a fb account. Anyone can like the page. That is the reason why the 2 elements cannot sync.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can edit the category pages from the theme panel in the per-category settings tree here: http://screencast.com/t/rM3TMdgqjStu
Here is a guide on how the settings work: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
Thank you!
Unfortunately the theme has no option to add a logo based on a specific page. You will have to add it through customization. This is the file that needs to be edited: http://screencast.com/t/whmE3nRQxG \
Thank you!
Hi,
Well the iframe seems to work as expected on both the main content and a sidebar created in visual composer on a split row:
http://screencast.com/t/3oDzyRlV. Here is the back-end: http://screencast.com/t/vinijFYhmk
It seems that the iframe works fine. Please check your site an d disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hello,
The layout was not meant to show as you use it. In the latest update a few codes were changed regarding the layout but it will not affect it in any way if you use visual composer as intended. Please read this guide and only use the 3 column layout as we recommend: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Our theme elements were not tested on other layout options.
Thank you!
Hello,
We recommend setting wp debug to off. This is a plugin related issue so there is nothing we can do about it. We do not change the plugin code. We only provide it bundled with our theme. Visual composer works as expected as it has been tested to work with our theme. You can ignore any debugging error messages as the plugin author needs to take care of them.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is clearly a caching issue so you should switch your caching method. We only recommend wp super cache with our theme but we cannot say for sure about server side cache. You will have to try with a different caching solution as there is no alternative we can provide.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have read the instructions provided by google’s team but none are theme related. All of the suggestions are related to how you set up your site and the content that you use. The theme has no control over that. Please use seo yoast not all in one seo as google suggests as all in one seo is not a tested and approved plugin and we cannot guarantee it will work properly with our theme.
if you want to make a review of certain items, you can use the theme review system that adds the proper markup: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ but reviews can only be used for one post at a time.
If you also use untested plugins please try to remove them as plugin conflicts can also create lots of issues. We do not have such reports of “spammy structured markup” with our theme. This is the first case we encountered so far.
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no simple way of adding self hosted videos as featured. You can simply embed the video and use a featured image as the featured video option will not work with self hosted videos. Our theme was not designed to add self hosted videos as featured and there is no simple way I can provide. It will need quite a bit of coding customization to work.
Thanks.
Hello,
The header and footer will be full width if you do not use a background image or color. When a background image or color is set, the theme will go into boxed mode. This is specified here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thank you!
Hello,
1. Unfortunately our modules and blocks were not designed to show tags. This can only be done through customization.
2. On posts tags show in the alphabetical order, not a custom order. There is no setting to change the order of the tags shown on posts.
3. Your language does not use spacing. The excerpts use a word break system but your words do not have breaks (spaces) and the theme believes it is one big word so all content will show up in the excerpt. To avoid this, please change the excerpt to filter by letters, not words from here: http://screencast.com/t/pl3PDLWj27
Thank you!
Hello,
I suspect this issue comes from your child theme. Please disable the child theme and check your site again. If the problem goes away, make sure you update your child theme as well. A child theme is not update proof.
Please read this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
You can find a child theme in the main theme archive you download from envato.
Thank you!
Hello,
Well did you try the code Andrei posted? Add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box and make sure all your previous code you may have in there has the proper closing tags.

Hello,
The dummy data has a few settings that are made from block settings. Please read this guide to learn about what can be changed from block settings
Thank you!
Hello,
Please read the block settings guide and check to see if you added te category filter in the correct spot. People tend to confuse the filter with the ajax filter and vice versa
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately we have no plan on adding anything rss related for now. Feeds are handled by WP, not the theme. You can try to do a search through this forum for any rss solution others use as we have not tested any of these plugins. Maybe some of our users can have some recommendations.
Thank you!
Hello,
The child theme is the source of all your problems. There is definitely such a thing as an outdated child theme.
please read this topic to understand how the child theme works: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
In the latest version of the theme we removed the mobile theme install from the theme panel as lots of people activated it and did not know what the plugin does. We added installation instructions in the documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You can see if the plugin is active or not if you have the mobile theme settings in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/1osEtjytUn or from the plugins section of wordpress.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please read the block settings guide and check to see if you made the proper settings to your block elements.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, please remove the previous code and try this one instead:
@media(min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1210px){
.td-menu-wrap{
height: 100%!important;
}}
Thanks.
Hi,
Here is the official documentation for the mobile theme. You should read a bit to learn about the mobile theme functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/mobile/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check your block settings again and make sure you added the categories proiperly in the right field. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/block/
