Unfortunately smartlists ignore this setting as each smartlist will create it’s own thumb no matter the medium, small or full sizes selected for images.
Different smart lists provide different results. For example a smarlist 4 will re-size images like so: http://screencast.com/t/NxUntVZq23e or smart list 3: http://screencast.com/t/2l0x7bmo1Uj9
The smart list you want to use simply uses the full image.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hello Larry,
The problem could not be the image at all. Maybe you have a background image or color set and your site went into boxed mode like this topic suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/ If you want to have full width elements, you need to remove any background image or color (even white counts)
Thank you!

Hello,
The image you mention is actually the theme panel background image. you can find it in the main theme files, not in the patch. The patch only contains a few files not all of theme (only the changed files between versions)
if you access that path in the main theme folder, it will be present: http://screencast.com/t/gE5WtI7Nt
The patch should not be part of the installed theme though. Please only use the main theme archive to install your theme, not the whole main package.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. It is most likely a plugin conflict. Test the shortcodes again afterwards and let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi Bogdan,

Unfortunately that will be no easy task. Our theme is created based on a fixed width. Changing this width will cause most theme elements to break as they depend on this fixed width. It will be a tedious task to adapt every element you use to the new width.
You can try to use this code but you have to keep an eye out for the elements that could not position properly:
.td-container{
width: 1078px!important;
}

Thanks.

Hello,
The bottom share buttons are in the same file you modified for the top icons only a bit further down. The code is nearly identical so you can’t miss it 🙂 Scroll down a bit.
Thank you!

Hello,
Pagination can be added to the latest articles element that can be activate by choosing the page template: http://screencast.com/t/7mIASXfSz
The settings fro this element can be found under the post loop settings once you chose the page template.

I hope this helps

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no simple solution to this. The javascript is found here: http://screencast.com/t/4qAXhBqZaRC It adds some classes on the body but there is also the issue of the link to # Any link to # will automatically scroll to top. You can try to change this behavior if you have the proper coding skills but i did not manage to find a quick solution for this for the moment. I will pass this information on to the development team and hopefully in a future version we will implement a fix for it.
Sorry for the invonvenience.

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme has no image editing options. Our theme uses thumbnails and it will create thumbnails cropping the image to fit the content but it will not enlarge the images. In order to have good looking images, they need to have a width of at least 696 pixels which is the main content width.
Thank you!

Hello,
I could not find any adsense on your site anywhere. Please use the them ad spots from here: http://screencast.com/t/6d4ZR6X2R For a sidebar ad you need to insert the adsenbse code in the sidebar ad spot and then in the widgets area, you need to place the ad box and select the ad spot for the element.
You can follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebar-ads/
Thank you!

Hi,
The easiest way to remove the ‘home’ breadcrumb is to translate it into a space like so: http://screencast.com/t/gPBD97IVF
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then try to disable all plugins to rule out a plugin conflict (if you do not have access to the back-end as well, you need to rename the plugins folder from wp) If you do have access to the back-end then also check your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ , disable all plugins exceot visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Unfortunately there is no other way as breadcrumbs are hardcoded in our theme and there is no easy way of changing it. As an alternative, you can maybe hire a freelancer to customize our theme breadcrumbs and make the grab the pages as well. The downside will be the cost for this as customization services are often expensive.
Sorry but there is no easy way of doing this.
Thanks.

Hello,
Unfortunately i could not find the local life category on your site. Please provide a link to it so I can inspect the category. If it;s not a category but a page, you need to check the block settings and block filters. We have no reports of posts showing up in different categories.
Than you!

Hello,

If you update your theme to the latest version, the option will be there: http://screencast.com/t/a2LVmczn4r
Sorry for the delay but sometimes requests can take a bit of time as the development team decide on what gets done and when. We have to prioritize our tasks so that is the cause for the delay.

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately we have no reports of sidebars getting stripped without any symbols in the sidebar names. even a . can cause it. It could be another problem not related to the names though. There could be a plugin conflict that affects the sidebars. I cannot say for sure unfortunately as I cannot re-create the issue. Sorry. Please try not to use any sidebar related plugins or untested ones. If you have to use untested plugins, do a search on this forum for it to see if there are any reports of issues caused by that plugin.

Thank you!

Hello,
Our theme does not modify the woocommerce structure so there is nothing ‘missing’ from our theme. We only add our theme sidebars and style but the woocommerce code is intact. Please follow this topic for a solution to this: http://ideas.woothemes.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/3125959-external-products-open-in-new-window

Hi,

The smartlists have no limit set to them. You only need to make the headings a h3 tag or the one you specified for the smart list. Please use this guide and check your headings again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/

Thank you!

Hi,
Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it and see why the code does not apply.

Hi,
I have tested the element again on my end but it displays fine. Do you maybe have posts that belong to multiple categories? A post will show up everywhere one of it;s categories is specified. if you have a post in both of the categories you mentioned, then it will show up even if you remove one category as it will still belong to the other.
Another possible cause can be the cache. Please make sure you clear all caches whether it;s a plugin, hosting cache or cdn server.
You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear caches again to rule out a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately the category pages cannot be customized in visual composer. Only posts/pages
Alternatively users have created pages to replace categories and then created 301 redirects between category pages and single pages.

Thank you!

Hi,

The login widget can be moved only from the code as it is added directly in the top-menu and cannot be moved throught the theme or wp settings. You can cut/remove this code here: http://screencast.com/t/88S4Xz4Rdo and then paste it here: http://screencast.com/t/Dot2wGq6gHr
Now it will be displayed in the menu but it will need css for positioning and it could prove to be a bit problematic. You will require some css knowledge to do it.

Thank you!
