You can create a tab element in visual composer and set it;s tabs to anything you want. Here is an example of a tab elements with a big grid 5 for each tab and a different category set to it:

3) add a big grid 5 to each section and filter the category you want for it to show: http://screencast.com/t/gzvjRt75S6
You can do this for each tab section.

Sorry but plugins cannot be over-written from the child theme. You will have to modify the main files. luckily, the plugins do not get updated on every theme update so you will probably not need to re-add this modification very often.

Unfortunately function.php is a bit different when used from a child theme. It will not re-write the file in the main theme, but rather the code will apply over it. this is better detailed here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
Basically the code you add in the child theme’s functions.php has to have a higher priority than the code from the main theme, otherwise your code will not apply.

I have tested this and there seems to be a problem sith the single image titles. You can use a temporary fix to align it left but the border cannt be added as it requires another container.

You can try an alternative solution. Add a text with title element and lace the image inside it:

If you want to have the menu like on the demo, you need to install the demo itself as every demo has a piece of custom css inside it to alter the theme style. Some of the features cannot be replicated on the default demo without custom modifications. Unfortunately we have not tested the weather widget with entire countries. It is meant to work with cities. As the theme panel instructs, you are meant to place a city name not an entire country: http://screencast.com/t/YoVpwXbu It could work with countries but you could get mixed results and not have it working properly. Please use the weather widget with the intended settings.

Unfortunately the theme has no such options so that will not be an easy task as the blocks must be changed and conditions added to them to exclude the specific category only for mobile phones. Our theme has no options for pdf implementation so you most likely need a plugin for it like https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-embedder/ but this is not tested so i cannot say for sure if it will work. Try a few plugins out and see which one works out for you.

The sidebar can be configured from the theme settings on pages, categories or posts. On pages the sidebar can be added directly on a page in visual composer on a split row. On posts or categories you can chose a sidebar form the widgets area or create your own. It can be selected from the post settings or from the category settings of the panel.

The blocks can be configured from block settings and a specific category can be set to it. Please try to filter just a specific category for a block or a sorting option to see if the block responds to the new settings. Also make sure you clear your cache as sometimes cache can affect any setting on your site.
You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files in order to rule out a plugin conflict.

The H2 tag must be used by you in the post content if you want it. Add a title on your site and make it a h2 tag from the mce editor. It;s as simple as that. The SEO tool analyzes your site, not the theme elements. If you do not place a h2 tag, then it will say you have none.

if you test one of our posts from the demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ you will see that no errors are being returns, so there is something on your end that is causing them The structure data tests all elements so if you removed the post author or date published or other elements, the test will detect that they are missing from your post and are required. Enable them from the theme panel and these errors will go away.
Also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again and compare the results.

Also if your ads were placed in the ads section they will not show up on the mobile theme. You have to place the ads for the mobile theme in the mobile theme panel at the bottom of the standard panel under plugins’ settings. There you will see the mobile ads section.

The related articles is not a plugin but a built in feature of the theme. Unfortunately this element does not support infinite loading. It can only display as much as 4 rows of related posts. You can see it;s settings in the theme panel->post settings.
