Hi,
Another thing you can do is check if you have GD Library Installed. You can see it in your cpanel. If not, contact your hosting provider.
You can also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer to see if it’s not a conflicting plugin.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have checked your site and the Facebook sharing buttons seem to work fine: http://screencast.com/t/kTAz4A7bO8D – http://screencast.com/t/LpwpauMmg
Please provide more details if the problem is still there.
Thanks.
Hi,
You can make it wider if you want with this custom CSS:
.white-popup-block{
border:1px solid black;
border-radius: 10px;
max-width:700px!important;
}
div.userpro-294 {
max-width:600px!important;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and see if the problem is still there. If it is, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login info so we can take a look. Please paste a link to this conversation so we know who you are and what the problem is.
Thank you!
If you mean the news ticker: http://screencast.com/t/I4NhlzTvo, you can change the title color and background color like so:
.td-trending-now-title{
background-color:red;
color:yellow;
}
The image you posted requires a username and password to view so i’m not sure this is what you mean.
Thanks.
Hello,
In order for your images to fit properly you have to regenerate your thumbnails: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/.
If the images are too small and do not fit the container you can use a plugin named thumbnail upscale which enlarges your images to fit.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can try to disable ajax view count: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
If this doesn’t work, please make sure that you use the latest theme version and check this only with Visual Composer active, disable all other plugins and clear cache, maybe the issue is caused by a plugin and refresh an article and see if the view counter increments.
If you want you can remove it with this custom CSS:
.single .td-post-views {
display: none;
}
Let me know how it goes!
Thank you!
HEllo,
You can try using a different regenerate thumb plugin like Force regenerate thumbs https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Also check if you have the right permissions for uploading.
https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Another thing you can do is check if you have GD Library Installed. You can see it in your cpanel. If not, contact your hosting provider.
Thank you.
Hi!
You can make them appear if you change the code i gave you. Change this:
.td-header-sp-top-widget{
display: none!important;}
to this: .td-header-sp-top-widget{
display: inline-flex!important;}
They will appear but positioning and making them responsive is a challenge all by itself. You need a bit of CSS knowledge to achieve this. If not, you can hire a freelancer to do it for you if you really need to.
Thank you!
Hello,
If disabling all plugins except visual composer didn’t work, please check the max_input_vars value in system status section: http://screencast.com/t/V8MumQISR and make sure that it’s set above 2000. Contact your host provider and let him know about this if you can’t access php.ini file.
If this does not do the trick either, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can take a look and try to fix the problem. Also paste a link to this topic so we know who you are and what the problem is.
Thank you!
Sorry for the delay but we do not work on weekends. Just Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00 gtm+2 time.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can adjust these settings using custom CSS.
Here is a sample of how you can achieve this. It may need a few adjustments, but this is how it can be done:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.blog-stack #td-top-search {
position:absolute!important;
right: 0px!important;
top: 0px!important;
}
.blog-stack .header-search-wrap .dropdown-menu{
left:-270px!important;
}
.header-style-3 .container-fluid{
position:relative!important;
left:-45%
}
.header-style-3 .td-logo img{
width: 35px!important;
}
}
result: http://screencast.com/t/EyBNNZ6vgj
Thank you!
Hello Snaru,
For your images to fit in the big grid you have to regenerate your thumbnails: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/.
If the images are too small and do not fit the container you can use a plugin named thumbnail upscale which enlarges your images to fit.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello ronnie,
The latest version of visual composer was not tested with version 4 of our theme (it did not exist back then). If you want to use the latest version of visual composer, you have to update your theme to the latest version (6.5.1) as well. And only install the visual composer plugin that comes with the theme.
With newspaper 4 please use the plugin version that comes with your theme files.
For updating the theme from version 4 to 6 please check this topic here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/update-to-6-5-from-4-6/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello berkakalinn,
Please provide a link to the problem or/and screenshot so we can inspect it and figure out what it is.
Thank you!
Hello,
Try to recreate the home menu item and if you want to place an image, add it using a custom link and inserting the image path like in this example:
http://screencast.com/t/BaAprd2Tgz4F
For the url you can just type # if you do not want it to link to anything.
If this is not what you wanted to do, please provide more details so i can understand better.
Thank you!
Hello,
When you add an element in visual composer, the settings for that element will pop up. That is a block 18 I placed on my end. If you somehow close this box you can access it by pressing the little pen icon when you hover on that particular block: http://screencast.com/t/lb4uhyW9Yb Then you have the 4 tabs on top general, filter, ajax and pagination. All of these are mentioned in the block settings tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
I hope this helps
Thanks.
Hello Yuabin,
Unfortunately the theme does not have an option to style the pagination buttons but you can do it if you change the theme core files.
Follow these topics here to see how it can be done:

Hello soumitmis,
For posts you can use a plugin like ‘Facebook video embed’. This plugin provides a shortcode to insert into your post and just add the video url:
http://screencast.com/t/3osCEGXoRiw
[fbvideo link="https://www.facebook.com/abhishek.mahananda/videos/10207481967104841/" width="500" height="400" onlyvideo="0 or 1"]
result: http://screencast.com/t/Onko8yuD9f6l
You can also change the width and height of the video.
I hope this helps
Thank you!
Hello Rita,
1) Make sure you check all these options in the panel: http://screencast.com/t/n6nQwEkug and regenerate your thumbails using ‘force regenerate’ plugin. You can also use a thumbnail upscale plugin if your images are too small.
You can set the block to display the latest posts: http://screencast.com/t/uRGQJziZ and set a post limit of 20: http://screencast.com/t/cYMimmmkfu
2) You can create your page in visual composer without a sidebar and set the layout to a 2/3 + 1/3 and add your visual composer elements do the right side of the page: http://screencast.com/t/GkYeBHGUTk including an image element
This is how our default homepage is built.
You can read more here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
You can also watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgWqozuqmJk
I hope this helps
Thank you!
Hello shadow,
It can be accomplished by changing the core files of the theme. Follow this topic here to see how it’s done:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/incorporate-userpro-plugin-into-loginsign-in-topbar/
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use this code you can change the post title on all posts.
.td-post-title .entry-title{
color:red;
}
If you want to target a specific post, you need to use the post ID.
For example my post id is 1196: http://screencast.com/t/gidrdLL3kkC so i would use the code like so to target just this post:
#post-1196 .entry-title{
color:red;
}
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello Nathan,
The ajax dropdown filter works with category id’s. You can get the id like so: http://screencast.com/t/MqtXVVBg
The you need to enter the desired category id’s separeted by comma : http://screencast.com/t/ADd47yg3B45p
You can also filter by author id or tag slug.
Thank you!
Hello tnguyen27,
The plugin you installed is not needed as the theme already handles image thumbnails. The plugin overrides this option and may cause a conflict. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, and regenerate you thumbs https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks.
