Hello Marek,

Our theme was tested with all versions of IE from 8 to 11. You can check our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ . There you will see the default state of the theme and you can inspect it yourself on IE 8 9 and 10.
I have checked your site and it seems to have some sort of interference.
Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer to make sure that it is not a plugin conflict, also clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN. Let me know if you still have this issue afterwards.

Thank you.

Hello posonty,
Maybe you have a custom CSS which maybe the culprit, but you can use this quick fix for your problem:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"] {
padding-left: 10px;}
}

Ad the code in the theme panel->custom CSS
(You can increase/decrease the padding value to your preference)

Thank you.

Hello Kevin,

The theme does not have an option to change the number of colums, but it can be done by modifying “functions.php” like so: http://screencast.com/t/y2x3I8JajU. (the default is set to 4).

Thank you.

Hi marmacan,

This could happen due to various reasons, please go trough the adsense troubleshooter pasted below and contact your ad provider if you still can’t manage to make them work: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en

You can also test your ad code using a WordPress text widget to place the ad into your page or sidebar, if your ad code works/was approved this widget should show you ads: http://screencast.com/t/Cv00hEmZhIvhttp://screencast.com/t/Yp3N6YnaHiqg

@yopyop22
Theme’s ads spots were not designed to work with dfp ad codes so issues might appear. You cloud try use a plugin to render the ad codes then place your ads on page/posts using shortcodes.

Thanks for the message!

Hello flex202,

You can disable comments for the whole site using this option from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/CJX7VQqoyqIw
Or you can disable them for specific posts like : https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
You can set a bottom article add from the panel: http://screencast.com/t/0cnAqk9x

Thank you.

Hello twolittle, with

I could not recreate the issue you mentioned, it seems like something is interfering with your post settings. Try to disable all the plugins except visual composer and try create a new post and see if the problem is still there. If you have custom modifications to the files you should check that as well.

If the problem persists provide us with more details.

Thank you.

Hello Paul,

If you want to increase the size of your logo, you will have to upload a bigger image/banner, to fit the size of the white space.

Thank you

Hello ferkof,

We recommend using WP Super Cache with its default settings, as this is the setting in witch the plugin was tested. Try reverting your settings to their default, then disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and purge your files if using CDN.
If the problem persists send us a link to your site so we can better identify the problem

Thank you

Glad it worked out.

Hello wisnuwijayanto,

It depends on what custom css you are using, but it shouldn’t interfere with your modifications.
Use this custom css code in the theme panel http://screencast.com/t/Mr8F8YEztEqv and you can hide the post view counter:

.td-post-views {
display:none!important;
}

Thank you.

Hello Aadi,
If you cannot find the social counter plugin, try to install it manually from the plugins files that came with your theme. http://screencast.com/t/FsH7nh4fvHl, then http://screencast.com/t/U3yc6dj13. If it is not there you can always download it from your envato account.
Thank you.

Hello jivy26,

You can control the sidebar on every page using visual composer without affecting other posts/pages.
You can use visual composer and remove the sidebar in your homepage. http://screencast.com/t/hKnSBVQobi4Q
And you can read more about visual composer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Buna Nicolai,

Nu toate pluginurile sunt compatibile cu tema si nu am reusit sa testam toate pluginurile sa putem sti care merge si care nu. Timpul din pacate nu ne permite un astfel de task.

O zi buna.

Hello sineros,

The font settings from the panel will not be applied if you use Visual Composer as the theme supports Visual Composer but doesn’t have css for it. You will have to use inline css or add an extra class to the text block and use custom css to change the font. The panel settings will be applied only if you create your articles/pages using the default Visual Editor (No Visual Composer)

Thank you.

Hello,

The patch is meant for updating from a previous version. If you already have the latest one you can ignore the files from the patch folder.

Thank you.

Hello,

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear your cache and see if you still have this problem. Some plugin settings could cause this issue when the lazy load effect is in use. Try to disable image lazy load – http://screencast.com/t/YqtPZqb3Raf and see how it goes.

Thanks!

Hello Popped,

What you can do is choose a header style from the theme panel that takes full width of the screen example: style 5, 6, 12…etc.
You can see the headers styles here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/.
If you want to modify another header style to use 100% width of the screen, that involves a bit of custom work as the website you provided suggests.

Thank you.

Hi Sam,
This is the default behavior of the theme. There is a limit of 55 characters tot the title, but you can change that from the files like in this example (i set the limit to 100) http://screencast.com/t/m6ARxAOaBH7
You can do this for every smartlist style.

Thank you.
