I have checked your screen and I saw the ace-tm, ace_gutter class. Notice that the theme does not have any such a class and that code does not come from our source of the theme, sorry! Most likely, you are using a plugin for that which are not tested with the theme which might cause some unknown issues. Please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Please provide your website URL and some screen captures with those images so I can identify them. Ensure that you are using bigger images as quality (HD for example) if you want to achieve good results and also, check if you use thumbnails to your images from Theme panel. Also, if you are using some plugins for optimizations you should remove all of them because you may appear some unknown issues caused by them.

Please notice that the theme has a built-in feature regarding on modal sign in/ sign out and it cannot be used with a shortcode. If you want to change this functionality, you should edit the theme core files which involves doing such a custom work and we cannot provide this service at the moment, sorry!
