Hello,
Unfortunately, the default order for subcategories displayed in the mega menu is alphabetical. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the categories order, you will need custom modifications for this.
I suggest trying this plugin Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order as I saw that many users use it to change the categories order.
Thanks!
Hello videomaker,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Use only such a page builder to create your pages. Use only TD Composer to be active and disable the Visual COmposer if it was enabled to rule out any conflicts. Provide some useful screenshots if the problem is still there and also, you can provide your website URL for further investigations.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello vilesyntax,
Provide your website URL and some useful screenshot with the problem so I can investigate it closer.
Thanks.
Hello,
Try the code below ->
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block !important;
}
}
You should use the !important tag to give more priority to your code.
Thanks for the message!
Hello dwzrlp,
Sorry but please notice that’s not the correct theme behavior. The post view counts should not be reset for each theme update. Notice that number will be automatically loaded into your database and the update does not influence the database, sorry! Most likely, this behavior comes from your untested plugins which can interact with the theme come files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello benti,
Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-header-menu-wrap-full{
height:40px!important;
}
Thanks.

Hello andrepado,
Please notice that functionality was tested on my site and the Featured image will be displayed when a post is sharing on Linkedin, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1tAqttMblt5k Try to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello King,
Your website seems to work as expected as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ILTU4ihdOH Also, I saw that you are using the background image and that’s why the site will become in boxed mode. Press CTRL+0 to disable any zoom in or zoom out effect.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello radar tasik,
If you want to have latest articles to the top of your website, you should set up your slider by Latest Articles.
Thanks.
Hello architecture,
I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of problems with the theme. Also, I saw that you have some js errors through your console which can affect the whole website functionalities. If the problem is still there after you have made these changes, you should try making a new clean install to another subdomain for testing and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello dimtsef,
Sorry but please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to manage the posts position in Big Grid as you wish, sorry! All the post will have to be displayed depending on which sorting you have selected (Latest, Random, etc.). If you want to have more options in this case, please notice that we cannot help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment. You should do it yourself and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Titus Sutio Fanpula,

Hello 3j2unlimited,
Sorry but please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to extend this feature but only if you will write such a custom code for this, sorry! The theme uses only the default WordPress functionality in this case. So, if you want to develop this option, you should edit the login.php core file or you should try finding such a plugin with this functionality and check the results.
Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com.

Hello architecture,
That’s super awesome! Good job! Thumbs up!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks.
Hello cthrag,
Yes, your link has been deleted.
Thanks.
Hello eparibar,
I saw that you are using the Latest Articles page template and notice that element cannot be changed with TD Composer. Using this template, you should add at the top of the ‘Latest articles’ some page builder element to check the page builder functionality. For more information about using our page builder, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello DLND,
It seems to be strange what you mean, sorry! Notice that the post should have to be only in the certain categories in which it was added. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try this behavior with a default theme and check the results. Notice that’s a default WordPress functionality.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello gabriel79,
It seems to be correct but please notice that I cannot check it more deeply because it is an additional customization. Add the code to your Custom CSS area and check the results. For more information about how you can create your own custom CSS code, please check the following useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Josuesantana,
