When you have updated the theme with 8.5.1, do you have updated your td-multi-purpose plugin? Please try to install again your theme version via FTP way and update all of the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

This problem might happen due to your untested plugins. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. It seems to be a js error, caused by these case. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way and check the results. You should simply add your custom link in your top bar menu from WordPress, Menus section and then, using the Inspector browser you should find the class for your custom link item to hide it for the entire theme and block it only for your homepage. For more information about Inspector browser, please check the useful documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ Unfortunately, I cannot do this for you, sorry! I will only provide you an example and a hint from where you should do it yourself based my explain. So, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to have two different images for blocks and post page you should try using the post template style 5 which is not using the featured image at the top of the page. After you have set up the featured image for that post, notice that you can simply add another image at the top of the post from the editor and then you will have two different images, as you want.
