I have inspected your website on Chrome and the Header Ad is there, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/waGukszd Also, I have tested it on FireFox and the Header Ad is not there because it seems that is hidden by an unknown code, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZpEDeDlH This style does not come from our theme and most likely, comes from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results.

You should use another way of adding your images from MCE editor using the Text Block and using the WordPress thumbnail when you add the image. If you want to customize the Big Grid individually for each page, notice that you should use some extra class and then use such a custom CSS code for that element. If is not what you mean please provide more details about what exactly you want to achieve and also, provide the both URL with your pages where you want to make these changes.
