Hello harmario,
If you want to hide the both main menu for desktop and mobile devices, notice that you should use the code below and place it in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-icon-mobile{
display:none!important;
}
.td-header-main-menu{
display:none!important;
}
Hope this helps!

Hello kadmin,
Please keep in mind that you can set this from Block Settings. For more information about this, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ and be careful at the Filter Tab section -> Multiple Categories filter because from there you can exclude what kind of Category you want to be hidden from your Big Grid/Block using the negative Category ID.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello twindrills0401,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use the Read More button for post pages, sorry! As you can see, our theme has this option implemented in some modules/blocks which use this structure. For more references about this case, you can follow the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/read-more-button-and-cant-change-title-color/
If you want to have this option on your website, you should use such a plugin with this functionality and check how it will work for you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello AndroidKosmos,
It’s strange what you mean because I have tested and seems to work as expected. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks.
Hello JavierRuizSin,
Sorry for this case, but please notice that I have tested our demo in this case and every post shared on Facebook can be opened on mobile devices. Try this thing and you will see that work as expected. Most likely, the problem is on your side. Try to disable all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this, install the latest theme version, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello techenhance,
First of all, please keep in mind that if you keep replying you will only delay your answer because we answer from oldest to newest. Posting more and more replies will only move your post to the fresher ones and delay the answer further. For future optimal response time, please only post once and wait for the reply as we answer every message.
I have inspected your website and I saw that if you are not logged in, you will be redirected to another page, sorry! Please notice that issue does not come from our theme, sorry! Please try to switch the theme to a default one and check the behavior. Also, above I saw that you have provided your personal data from your wp-admin. It is a big mistake because anyone in this forum can access your backend and can break the theme, sorry! Please check the following topic to increase your website security here ->

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core packet and check the results.

Hello gwalkerit,
Please be more specific about what kinds of layouts do you refer to? Notice that our builder is at the beginning and also, it is in a continuous development. You will not found all the elements which Visual Composer has. From now on, this plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.
For more information about right using of TD COmposer and transition between these both page builders, please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/

Hello Pierresrl,
The easiest way is to delete it if you do not use it anymore at your website. Notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to hide a certain category from the entire website, sorry! On the blocks, notice that you can exclude the category if you will add the negative category ID in block filter, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
Thanks for the message!
Hello paulberrow,

Hello all,
Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.

Hello cyberfyber,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website after you have added your above custom CSS, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
