Please keep in mind that our theme is not full-width, sorry! The theme width is 1021 px as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kHHLX9rl8oM and it has not been designed to work in full-width. It cannot be easy adjusted to be in full-width.
Unfortunately, please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width (full width) and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the right version of Social Counter which comes bundled with the theme packet. Also, please ensure that you have right setup this plugin according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Notice that the Facebook will have to be configured according to with our docs (Facebook App, Facebook Id). Ensure that your Fb Id is valid and it is correctly added in the field.

I have checked your website on the mobile device and I notice that your header will not disappear from mobile. It is strange because the mobile version will hide it. Do you have added some code which forces this header to be in this section and for mobile devices? Try to revert the theme to the default state, disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results.

Probably, you have some additional customizations through the code which influence the top value in this regard. Try to revert the theme to the default state, clear all your caches and check the results. By default, the theme work as properly.

First of all, please ensure that you have right installed your theme with the latest version of it via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the required plugins and check the results.

The RSS is not part of our theme, and it has not any options for this case. Please notice that this think is not theme related, but the only WordPress related and our theme does not manage any RSS feed. You can try using the suggested plugin but notice that this is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not properly with the theme, sorry!

Please keep in mind that the block buttons are made them with some custom rule. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for this and also, notice that this type of plugin is not tested with the theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this kind of plugin, sorry! Notice that we cannot provide support implementation for untested plugins, sorry! So, if you want to integrate this plugin into our theme, you should do it manually. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
